Kanenaka" is Nakashimaya's "Nama Hashiroshi" line.
This is the first drink.
It has a strong acidity, which is typical for a sake made from the traditional sake yeast.
As the name "super dry" suggests, it has a firm dryness or gingerness.
I got the impression that it would be more full-bodied if it were heated.
Next time, I would like to try various other things.
Belgian beer (Belgian chocolate & yeast) and Kanenaka cocktail is a triangle marriage with rich squid at Kanenaka Guts. What flavor do you imagine? By the way, the beer is also heated. Actually... I was drinking a lot, so I am not sure if I remember it correctly.
