Purchased at Yamanaka Sake Shop during my trip to Kansai in August❗The whole store is a refrigerator 🥶 and there is also a corner shop with a wide variety of sake! They always have down jackets on hand for women to put on afterwards 😉.
The first one I bought there 🍶I saw a lot of first bottles and chose the Jouki first ❗Oroku series was kept in the back of the store at a very low temperature ❗
When we opened the bottle of Oroku, it blew out the stopper and spilled a lot, so we opened the bottle with trepidation, but there was no spillage at all👍.
It is a little dry and the umami is well balanced 🎵The acidity, bitterness and the sharpness from the aftertaste are also well balanced ✨I bought a good one 😊.

Aroma: Fresh and lush ginjo aroma!
Gasiness is strong and bubbles in the glass.
The first sip felt sweet on the palate. I think it is because of the preconceived notion of Cho Oroku and its umami flavor.

This is a version of Cho-Oroku's 5-star sweet and spicy, from dry to more like medium. The result is a great success🍶.
I think it will increase the sweet and tasty component and increase the five-flavor component that can be tasted 😊.
The technique of making the Cho Oroku and the Jouki is amazing. Both are delicious 🍶😋.
