It's Saturday and I've opened a bottle of Denshikiku, but I haven't finished mahjong, so let's drink some more. This is Takemichi. A little expensive sake. It's rich, sweet, umami, and robust. It's not a traditional sake, but it's very heavy. It's a dandy sake, so I'm going to change it to something different because it doesn't go well with mah-jongg.

Purchased at Yamanaka Sake Shop during my trip to Kansai in August❗The whole store is a refrigerator 🥶 and there is also a corner shop with a wide variety of sake! They always have down jackets on hand for women to put on afterwards 😉. The first one I bought there 🍶I saw a lot of first bottles and chose the Jouki first ❗Oroku series was kept in the back of the store at a very low temperature ❗ When we opened the bottle of Oroku, it blew out the stopper and spilled a lot, so we opened the bottle with trepidation, but there was no spillage at all👍. It is a little dry and the umami is well balanced 🎵The acidity, bitterness and the sharpness from the aftertaste are also well balanced ✨I bought a good one 😊.

Fresh juicy delicious 🐎😋😋😋😋 I found a five star and bought my first Takemichy 🍶. Aroma: Fresh and lush ginjo aroma! Gasiness is strong and bubbles in the glass. The first sip felt sweet on the palate. I think it is because of the preconceived notion of Cho Oroku and its umami flavor. Is the sweetness and spiciness slightly dry? Fresh and juicy with a balance of umami acidity and bitterness, aroma and gasiness. 😋😋😋😋😋 This is a version of Cho-Oroku's 5-star sweet and spicy, from dry to more like medium. The result is a great success🍶. I think it will increase the sweet and tasty component and increase the five-flavor component that can be tasted 😊. The technique of making the Cho Oroku and the Jouki is amazing. Both are delicious 🍶😋. 4992 yen without tax I prefer the gassy one.

🫡 We had a big mission on Tuesday and Wednesday, and I don't know if we accomplished it successfully, but we said what we had to say. I'm tired 😮‍💨 Well, today is a new store. It was a 3 minute walk from Sakura-shinmachi station on the Tokyu Denentoshi line, but I got lightly lost and it took 10 minutes 💦I wonder why. We drank a little bit of sake, but one of the most distinctive was this sake. It is another brand of Oroku. It has a strong rice flavor, and since it's a draft sake, it's easy to drink. However, the alcohol content is 17.5 degrees, so if you drink it too fast, you won't be able to finish it. I would like to buy a four-pack bottle and drink it slowly 😁. On this day, I drank 5 glasses of 120cc and 1 glass of 90cc. If you have more than 4 people, you can drink as much as you want, but on this day, I drank with my friend. So we paid only for what we drank. I had to take a cab because the bus was out of service. I should only go to all-you-can-drink places. There are good restaurants in Sangenjaya, Takatsu, Tamapura, and Azamino on the Denentoshi line, in addition to this Sakura-shinmachi, so if anyone can go, please join us 😊.
