I guess Jogi blue is the name of the sake but it doesn't seem to be registered so I checked in with Jogi😅.
I thought about aging it for another year since it was marked 2019, but I didn't think I could keep it at -5 degrees, so I opened the bottle: ❣️
Aroma of rice. It goes down the throat smoothly. The bitterness and acidity spread with a hint of umami. The bitterness disappears when served with sashimi. Delicious 😋.
I also want to drink Jouki's Junmai Ginjo and Kei: ❤️

The liquor store owner said it tastes like many different things, and he was right. The aroma is minty with a hint of alcohol, and when you put it in your mouth, the first thing you notice is the fruity aroma on your nose, but there is not much sweetness.
Is the alcohol content high? I looked at it carefully and found it to be 17.5 degrees Celsius! That's right. A glass of wine worked for me!
You can also enjoy this sake while it changes from cold to room temperature 👍.
