It has been a long time since I have had this sake lukewarm since the weather has cooled down.
It is an oden accompaniment, but the richness of the sake enhances the taste of the oden and is delicious. ⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟

I paired it with homemade dried Oirang Flounder from a fish store that I have always been a fan of. Enjoy😊
The nose has a clean, grain-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a smooth texture and a slight sweetness of rice, and the acidity gives it a crisp aftertaste.
Serve with dried flounder. The unique flavor of the fish combined with the acidity made for a refreshing aftertaste. I heated it up afterwards, and it became even more like sake, with more sweetness and spiciness. If anything, I think it goes better with warmed sake.
