I paired it with homemade dried Oirang Flounder from a fish store that I have always been a fan of. Enjoy😊 The nose has a clean, grain-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a smooth texture and a slight sweetness of rice, and the acidity gives it a crisp aftertaste. Serve with dried flounder. The unique flavor of the fish combined with the acidity made for a refreshing aftertaste. I heated it up afterwards, and it became even more like sake, with more sweetness and spiciness. The meeting surrounding Mr. TOMO 2024⑮ The last of the first party is Daishichi! Although he was not present on this day, Daishichi is an image that Mr. Sakeran likes 😁. It feels spicier than Ryusei, but it has the unique taste of Daishichi that I feel every time! Ohshichi has a unique atmosphere that is different from other sake brewers, but I wonder if it comes from the yeast? I wonder if I like the freshness, rich umami, and sweetness of the fresh brew better. It's also delicious cold. The third photo is of Nemuchi, who joined from the 2nd party waiting for the end of the 1st party 😆.

The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024⑤. The fun party is coming to an end. Tamagawa Ice Breaker 2023BY Unfiltered Unpasteurized It tastes sweeter when heated! I prefer it to cold sake. ❣️ Ryusei Hachitan-Nishiki, Japanese dry taste, warmed up. Maybe it was after the Ice Breaker, but it had a unique acidity 💦. Daishichi: Warmed up. Sweetness, umami, richness, well balanced and just right, I love it. ❣️ Souvenirs filled with Kumamoto 🐻. The chestnut sweets made me feel autumn 🍁. Thanks for the food 🙏🙏. We had a lot of fun talking and drinking 🎶. Thank you tomo-san and everyone! tomo, let's drink again😊.
