Too many crowns to write about.
They say it's a flat polished sake.
This is my first Takachiyot!
I don't use this word very often.
It's been a while since I've encountered such a fruity sake!
There's no tugging anywhere.
It's full of freshness.
It would be even better if it were chilled to a crisp!
There's no confusion in hiragana takachiyo
I remember someone saying that, and I thought, "I see.
The attack has a pear and yogurt-like aroma. Moderate acidity. Sweetness derived from rice. The sharpness is good. The end of the bottle leaves a slight sibilance on the tongue and a little lingering aftertaste. This wine is good on its own or with sweets.
The hiragana "Takachiyo" is a limited edition sake produced exclusively for our distributors, inspired by the mellow, fruit-like taste of fruit.
The blue "Takachiyo" is an orikarami sake, meaning it is fired only once.
Despite its unusual production, it is surprisingly the only year-round product in the "Takachiyo" series.
In this sake, the image of "grapefruit" is used.
It is not the result, but rather it is made to resemble a grapefruit.
It is a very interesting experiment.
Upon opening the bottle, of course, the aroma is a fresh, grapefruit-like, and refreshing toppling aroma.
When you drink it, the taste is amazing!
The sweetness of the flavor comes rushing in with a thud.
And the refreshing feeling that comes along with it is acidity.
The "ori" may be a major factor in bringing about this grapefruit-like flavor.
It has a fresh acidity with sweetness as its main taste.
I have the impression that this is a next-generation sake that has gotten rid of the so-called traditional "sake feeling.
We can confidently recommend this bottle!
A well-balanced drink.
Sweetness, low acidity, about 5 days after opening.
Really, sake is a flow, no, it's the ability to enjoy the flow that makes it so appealing, and that's why I force my opinion.
Today's mood. I want to get drunk. I thought it was a strong, pre-dinner kind of standing. It was a nice drink with a really clear concept.
Although it is labeled SPARK, the fizziness is very slight. Fruity and tasty, but quite robust. It is just right on the rocks in the summer. A chaser is also a must.
This is delicious! It certainly has a strong grape-like aroma, just like the label. Perhaps it is because it is orikara, but when you drink it, it has a silky taste like a lactic acid drink. But it is a clean, clear sake with a strong presence.
Takachiyo SPARK light nigori active draft, 2,970 yen
Today's snack is bonito🐟‼️ We got bonito because we wanted to consume a lot of it due to the large amount of myoga in our house.
It's an active draft, so when you open the bottle, it pops and fires‼️
The aroma💜is...well...delicious and tasteless, ambiguous aroma💜The first attack is chili chili and sweet and juicy! It says it's a limited edition and it looks delicious but maybe I expected a little too much 😵 but it's still a delicious sake.
Rice polishing ratio 48
Alcohol content 16%.
Takachiyo
is listed as Junmai Daiginjo, or Junmai Daiginjo, even though it is not listed!
There is no mention of the rice.
It seems that they do not judge by the label, but rather "taste freely without being bound by stereotypes!
It was a fruity and delicious sake.
Takachiyo is a master 😆.
I continued with the gold.
It's not there anymore though.
