So I opened a bottle of this sake that I had stocked in the fridge 🍾.
When I went to my favorite liquor store, I wanted to buy a bottle of Kudoki-age's 150th anniversary limited edition sake, but I was told that it was sold out in a blink of an eye.
Now, let's look at the taste. First of all, the aroma is grape.
Unlike the other two I drank last time, "Tonatsu musume" and "summer blue", I think the smell of alcohol is a little stronger 🤔.
I'm told it's an ogara-mi, so I'll start with the supernatant first 😋.
The first sip has a sweet and tasty grape-like flavor that spreads quickly as the name suggests, and you can immediately feel the tangy, slightly carbonated taste 🫧.
The lingering taste is short to medium and I think there is little bitterness.
The sweetness and flavor of the grape is more pronounced when mixed with the cage, and as other reviewers have said, it feels like a Fatty Grape to me and I gobbled it up 😊.
