It has a fruity smell with a hint of koji. It is slightly carbonated, has a wooden vat feel, is sweet and sour, and has a pleasantly sour lemon-like acidity that comes later and finishes off without the stimulation of alcohol. Yum! It is a fruit wine. The taste in the middle is also strong! It starts to get sweet, but it blends in and you don't mind it. It did not go well with food. It is a surprise taste that works well on its own.

Because it is yellow, I thought it would taste banana-y, but it reminds me of white peaches and is rich and deep, perfect with cheese and white sashimi. It can be drunk on its own. I want to drink the whole Takachiyo series 🍶.

It's been a very long time since my last Takachiyo 🍶. I used to drink Takachiyo 59 series at home, but this is my first time to drink this series 🍶. It says "spark" but there is almost no gas 🤔. It's very fresh & fruity, easy to drink and delicious 😋.
