It has a fruity smell with a hint of koji. It is slightly carbonated, has a wooden vat feel, is sweet and sour, and has a pleasantly sour lemon-like acidity that comes later and finishes off without the stimulation of alcohol. Yum! It is a fruit wine. The taste in the middle is also strong! It starts to get sweet, but it blends in and you don't mind it. It did not go well with food. It is a surprise taste that works well on its own.

Tatcha-choyo in a choko made of Tsugaru-biidoro It is so sweet that you may think it is a juice, and you can drink it in the morning even if you guzzle it from a cup. It has a soft mouthfeel reminiscent of nigori sake, with just the right amount of umami and sweetness. It was so good that I wanted to open a bottle.

It has a very nice aroma of rice. The sweetness is firm...but not unpleasant...so it goes well with light white sashimi. I think I had this one before Kamo Kanehide. As someone said, the order of drinking is important! Well, they are both delicious!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake-no-Nabedana 720/1870 yen Flat polished rice, ogara-mi, freshly pressed, raw sake 16%. 2024.10 It's a green label but ... it looks like grapefruit citrus. It also has an acetic fruit-like taste, so I wonder if it's a green label? I'm not sure.
