Takachiyo Hiragana Series. Although information is limited, the impression of the label is reflected in the taste. This one is called Strawberry Moon, so we expect it to taste strawberry-like. The actual taste is sour and sweet, giving a strawberry-like impression. And maybe because of the lactic acidity, it tastes like strawberry condensed milk. I don't feel any bitterness, so it is recommended for beginners. This is Hiragana Takachiyo in general. I think it goes well with salty sweets, for example rice crackers. It would also go well with Camembert cheese. After all, Takachiyo is a delicious sake!

I've grown quite fond of "Takachiyo," and this time it's the red label "Takachiyo Strawberry Moon. When the bottle is opened, it has a slightly fresh aroma. The sweetness, moderate acidity, and bitterness were almost non-existent, and the mouthfeel was somewhat reminiscent of lychee (or maybe it was just my imagination). It was delicious and easy to drink.

I've tried a few different kinds, but I still like the blue label takachiyos: ❣️ I'm glad to see it again this year 😆. I thought it was more refreshing than I expected when I opened it, but after a few days it was sweeter! I thought it was more refreshing after opening it, but after a few days, it turned sweeter! 😍😍 Yes, yes, yes, yes, this sweetness: ⤴️ And a little bit of chotoyi is ❣️ I kept it a little longer and it started to feel more like rice 😆.
