The Christmas one!
It's so pichi pichi shuwa shuwa shuwa!
So delicious!
It has a slight bitterness like grapefruit, but it's also gorgeous and has a hint of strawberry...? It is so sweet that it makes you think it is strawberry...!
This is so good...
I love you, Mr. Takachiyo...
Thank you 🙏.
Xmas feat.

It was inspired by apples.
It's red, so it must be.
I guess so.
The hiragana "takachiyo" is an image of a fruit of that color.
is the image of a fruit of that color, isn't it?
I think it's better as a food wine than on its own.
Shin Takachiyo A-TYPE Breakage unconscious force
Rating 4.4-4.5
Rice used: "Ipponshime" from Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture, 65% polished, 12% alcohol by volume
Shin Takachichiyo shines in red.
The red, sparkling Shin Takachiyo has a vivid, bouncy, light flavor. Shin Takachichiyo" series uses 65% flat polished Ipponshime rice produced locally. It is brewed with yeast that produces a strong aroma and bottled as unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. 12ºC, a low alcohol content for a sake. The taste is designed to be casual and light. The theme is "hiruzake-specific Nihonshu. Fruity & Juicy.
Fruity aroma clothed in softness. The fragrance is gorgeous and rich, and the fresh gas bursts out in the light mouthfeel, followed by the intense sweet and sour taste that spreads out. Fresh and juicy, like biting into a freshly picked green apple. The strong sweetness spreads slowly and is held back by a vivid acidity, leaving a soft, fluffy aftertaste. It is very drinkable, yet light.
Strawberry-like, acidic and lychee-like.

Open this one first!
Well, as usual, the smell is
Fruity, but a little subdued.
but a little subdued.
It's thin when you drink it quickly.
I mean, it's easy to drink like a juice.
When you taste it thoroughly
Tingling and spiciness that lingers on the tongue
It feels dry for a moment, but
but the taste after drinking and the feeling that leaves through the nose
This is a sweet wine.
It is delicious as always!

Takachiyo Halloween Label feat.
Gorgeous, ripe melon-like aroma 🍈.
The first sip is very sweet, voluptuous, and round with a sense of maturity.
It has a thick and soothing taste. It has a bitter taste, but it is really delicious.
Takachiyo's ambitious work? What is it? It is Shin Takachiyo. I don't care about the amateurish knowledge that 65% rice polishing ratio can produce such clarity, it's good the moment you put it in your mouth. I want to repeat it. If you have a chance, please try it.
Takachiyo 59 (Kyoku) Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi
Rating 4.4
Rice used: Akita Sake Komachi, 59% polished, 16% alcohol by volume.
Beautiful aroma of sweetness and sourness mixed with a fruity atmosphere. Elegant sweetness spreads clear from the soft and gentle impression on the palate. The juicy, mellow sweetness is the main component, and the fruity acidity tightens the taste. The rich and mellow body of the wine is quickly and refreshingly resolved with a light sharpness when swallowed. The taste is easy to drink. Aromas of citrus and mandarin orange flavors, and a smooth finish. Convergence is followed by a lingering spicy bitterness.
A little late post 🤣I was alone and lonely on a business trip and wondered whether I should have a Christmas 🎄wine🍷 or sake🍶 but here is what I opened 👐👐👐The top is citrusy? The top clear liquid has sweetness, richness, good bitterness, and a pleasant slight effervescence. The top-fermentation is tangy and dry. When the cage is mixed, a lactic acid aroma is added. It also adds a deep richness to the flavor, but also sweetness. Finish with sweetness and bitterness😆But it is still a fruity drink.
In-between notes post 📝.

I'm having trouble deciding what to drink and organizing old information🧹.
The first one is 🍓.
This time it's 🍈🤔
Already a melon 🍈 with a juicy flavor pull fast!
I hope this kind of series will be commercialized soon... I think my favorite is the first one...
As is typical of nama-shu, there is a sweetness to the rice in its richness, and the mellow aroma is a delicious one that can be enjoyed only with sake.
