The first new sake was our first home brew in 2 years, Hiragana Takachiyo ❣️
I couldn't help but reach for it when I saw everyone drinking it, including the Halloween label 😆.
The aroma is slightly white and sweet!
Pitchy fresh, and sweetness that you can tell it's sweet!
The bitterness is also quite strong 😳.
It's sweet with a hint of grapefruit.
Reminds me of the grapefruit I used to eat with lots of sugar 😆.
On the second to fourth day, the bitterness gradually decreases and the sweetness becomes more pronounced, but the freshness remains, so it's still sweet but tasty â
I had been passing it up because it's a relatively easy brand to buy, but now I'm reminded that I have to drink it because it's so good 😅.
