A little late post 🤣I was alone and lonely on a business trip and wondered whether I should have a Christmas 🎄wine🍷 or sake🍶 but here is what I opened 👐👐👐The top is citrusy? The top clear liquid has sweetness, richness, good bitterness, and a pleasant slight effervescence. The top-fermentation is tangy and dry. When the cage is mixed, a lactic acid aroma is added. It also adds a deep richness to the flavor, but also sweetness. Finish with sweetness and bitterness😆But it is still a fruity drink.

This time I drank it in a wine glass because of its reputation for being fruity when purchased.
When I poured it into the glass, it smelled like fresh pineapple and ginjo aroma (perhaps because it was in a wine glass, I could smell it more than usual).
In the mouth, it has a slightly fizzy mouthfeel, and like the aroma, it has a pineapple-like flavor and a soft sourness like yogurt that spreads in the mouth.
A little sweetness lingers in the throat, but it quickly disappears.

I wrote a letter to Takachiyo-sama and sent it to ✉️ with my best efforts and love ❤️.
And I received a reply the other day.
She carefully explained the reason for the end of the sale, about next year's sales, and so on.
Briefly, I would like to conclude: ☺️
They are considering selling next year's Halloween🎃 in a different form with an upgraded ⤴️. If there is a chance of securing the same sake rice as before, there is a possibility of re-selling last year's Halloween🎃 label. We are looking forward to seeing the new version of the label.
