It is slightly carbonated, has a wooden vat feel, is sweet and sour, and has a pleasantly sour lemon-like acidity that comes later and finishes off without the stimulation of alcohol. Yum! It is a fruit wine. The taste in the middle is also strong! It starts to get sweet, but it blends in and you don't mind it. It did not go well with food. It is a surprise taste that works well on its own.

Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-😊. Takachiyo is really not a hassle either! This restaurant has great fish and they always have 10 different kinds of sake, which changes often, so I go there often (lol)!

This is my first Takachiyo! I had been waiting to see if it would be too sweet for me, but I thought the grapefruit-themed "blue" might work for me 😁. Clean fruity aroma, soft mouthfeel, juicy taste with lots of flavor, moderate sweetness, acid bitterness that comes afterwards, definitely a grapefruit feeling 😋. It is very easy to drink on its own!

9.3 A beautiful cloudy sake. The sweetness is moderate compared to usual Takachiyos. It has a medium alciness, and the muddy umami flavor comes through quickly, and it finishes rather nicely. The fruity taste is not so great. It is inexpensive and seems to be a good choice when you want a casual nigorizake.

What a first meeting with Takachiyosan. I couldn't help but buy it when the clerk recommended it as a new sake 🤣. Citrusy sweet and sour aroma. What a juicy aroma! Another sweet juicy ✨ on the palate. Pitchy, acidic, and above all, sweet and sour grapefruit sensation, it's the best ✨. The aftertaste is also very pleasant with just the right amount of sweetness and umami! Freshness from start to finish ✨ It's light despite its alcohol content of 16, and it's insanely good! This is a super dangerous drink that you can keep drinking forever! Wish I had bought it sooner!

Mellow aroma, a little bit sweet. No acidity, just a little bitterness. It has a full flavor that is typical of "ogara-mi". Delicious, I like it a lot. I would love to drink other Takachiyo series.

My favorite Takachiyo! It's fruity, aromatic, and although it's a draft sake, it's light and easy to drink and very delicious! I love Niigata sake ♡♡♡♡!
