I don’t know if this is the right Ozeki but it is the most smooth sake I have drank in a long time. Like water almost. In a great little izakaya in Otsu. UPDATE: the more I drink the more it tastes like sugar was added afterwards. Then it feels a little too sweet in an artificial way. But still good.

I had never seen it before so I bought it and 2 minis x 2 bottles!
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
Aroma is high, but I don't feel it much💦.
It has a light sweetness and is very refreshing!
Delicious chilled!
I also tried the mini one.
This one is probably a small amount of the regular one-cup type.
This one is sweeter, more sour and spicy.
I prefer this one because I like the strong taste.
I did a search and found that there are many different types of one-cups 😳
I'd love to drink a one-tank 🙄.

When it's lukewarm, the umami becomes stronger and the aftertaste is sharp.
I prefer it warmed up to human skin, so I let it cool down a bit afterwards.
We enjoyed it with grilled mackerel, cold tofu, potato salad, and sake lees soup.
It used to be said that it tasted harsh, but when you warm it up a little, it tastes so good!
