I went to Hiroshima to visit a friend.
As usual, we ate okonomiyaki, drank beer, and talked about all kinds of things, but most of the liquor stores near the hotel were closed.
We had no choice but to go to a convenience store to get some sake, and we found a one-cup Ozeki Daiginjo on sale, so we tried it for the first time!
The aroma was not gorgeous, but the taste was mild and dry. The aroma is not spectacular, but it is mild, clean and dry. There is not much sweetness, and the acidity and astringency give it a refreshing and crisp finish.
It would go well with dried oily fish.
