I always liked One Cup Ozeki. It's surprisingly easy to drink. Good drink for cheap money. I drank it cold. It fell light bodied with gentle sweetness and umami. What I didn't like was, that this "mini" cup is too small and I finished it in no time.

I've been curious about Hitsuji for a while. I've always avoided drinking sake from a cup, so I'm going to give it a try with half expectations. The aroma has a hint of lactic acidity. The taste is...oh, oh, oh...this is... It's milky... well, milky anyway. Milky and slightly sweet, with a slight bitterness at the end, but no harshness. What the heck...it's delicious, isn't it? I think I've seen the real spirit of a major company!

I bought it because it was on sale at a discount in the supermarket. I think I'll drink Ozeki, which has the trademark "one cup" to go with my cup of sake. It's a little dry and good for a chilled summer afternoon drink. I searched for "one cup" and found that it was bad, but I don't care. It would be better if it were more dry to my taste. I had it with daikon salad in accordance with Ozeki's description. Ozeki's explanation. Finished with a new three-stage brewing process The sharpness of the taste has been polished to give it a clean aftertaste with the umami of the rice. I had a successful business meeting on a business trip to Kanazawa, I made a toast at the hotel. I opened a bottle of 720ml during the business trip. I can't open a 720ml bottle during the business trip because it will interfere with my work on the next day, So, one cup Ozeki size is the best size for me. The taste is normal. I'm glad I didn't get a Daiginjo.

Purchased at a local supermarket. I often see Ozeki, but this was the first time I saw fresh storage. I bought it immediately. I chilled it in the freezer and drank it after taking a bath. It has a fresh, sweet rice aroma and flavor, just as the description says. It is smooth and easy to drink. I don't usually chill sake in the freezer, but it is inexpensive and this way of drinking is good sometimes. It's been hot lately, and this sake was perfect.

Today in my hometown There was an outdoor concert called Iwafuneyama Cliff Stage ❣️ It has been held almost every year since 1999. But due to the Corona earthquake, it has not been held for the last 3 years. It was the first time in 4 years. The main stage for the 20th event will be PUFFY and Tamio Okuda 🎤🎸. I have a friend who always participates with me (also known as drinking buddies🤣) We were so excited to see each other again after 4 years 🙌🙌 There are various stores in the back of the auditorium There are booths where you can eat and drink 🍻. The tables in the back can be used for eating and drinking You can eat and drink while on stage 🍶🍺. Singing, dancing and making a lot of noise while drinking 🤣. Unfortunately, this is the only sake available: ❗️ One cup Ozeki 😂 They give it to you in a plastic cup. Here's a picture 🤣 But hey, it was delicious💕 They asked me if I wanted it cold or warm. (I was asked if I wanted it cold or warm ♡) It was raining ☔️ and the temperature was low, so I had it hot 😋.

3.75/5 Not bad, fairly powerful. Marzipan, white chocolate, pear, walnut, stone. The flavours are all very nice, but there’s a pretty strong bitterness that’s a little too strong for my tastes. Still, there’s a nice gentle sweetness and a pleasant smooth texture.
