Kiriri Nama-no-Sake is a series of raw sake proposed by a company called NIPPON ACCESS for supermarkets. According to the official Kiriri Nama-no-Shu website, it is a raw sake, although it only says it needs to be refrigerated. I had never seen this series before except for Hakusetsu, Kamoizumi, and Shirakawa-go, so I bought it because it looked unusual. Kaorucho is also a first for me. I guess this is one of the sake that you have to be careful not to open the bottle. If you don't know much about it, it might overflow.... I hope I don't get any complaints when I sell it in the supermarket. It didn't overflow, but it spurted a lot when I opened it. It's a bit sweet, like strawberry au lait. It's like a snowdrift in Oze.

This sake is only available at Shiraga's direct sales shop, Shiraga Classics. It was sold at Aeon in Koshien. There were also many other limited Shiraga products. It was Ras 1😊. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it will be good. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations but I was disappointed in a good way!

Personally, I'd rather they put it only in the direct sales shop in Shirataka than in Shiraga.

Simply put, it's light, dry, and smooth, but it also has a solid feel. A little acidity is felt at the end. It is a bit surprising that it is heated in a bottle at this price point. I think Hakkaisan, Kenrishi, and Kikusui Funaguchi are the best sake that can be easily purchased at supermarkets and convenience stores.
