Summer Junmai
Dewa Tsannyu 65% polished rice
The amino acid content of the original sake was high, so they added more water than last year.
It is hard to believe that they watered down the alcohol content from over 20 degrees C to 13 degrees C. It has so much flavor!
The aroma and taste are just like Tsuki no I itself!
The aftertaste is light and dry, so it is easy to enjoy.
In fact, the waitress that day was said to be the person who runs the business at the Tsuki no I sake brewery. Apparently, several people take turns running the store. Since I heard that, I ended up with a heated glass of Tsuki no Ii. It must have been my first time. It was very good for my stomach.
The first Tsuki no I nigori. Bottled in 2022, BY unknown. Slightly colored?
At room temperature, the nigori rice flavor is strong and sharp. When heated, the soft rice flavor expands, and it has a nice sharpness.
The label is fun. It is dry, not unlike a daiginjo. You can feel a good amount of alcohol. Recommended to drink at room temperature. It may be a little difficult to find a good match. Maybe fatty white sashimi?
