Turning Unforgettable Thoughts into Hope for Return The people of Okuma, who were forced to leave their hometown after the Great East Japan Earthquake, received help from everyone in Aizu and throughout Japan. Sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" produced in the town where reconstruction has begun was entrusted to Takahashi Shosaku Sake Brewery in Aizu Wakamatsu City. We will not forget our hometown, and we will not forget our ties. This bottle is made with such a pledge. We want to convey our gratitude. We hope that this sake, born from such a desire, will reach the hearts of those who love their hometowns. Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Okuma Town Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16

🍶 Hibiki of Tsuna Special Honjozo Shinshu Hanasen Akita Seishu K.K. Planning: Seisen Shuyuukai Rice : 100% Gin-san produced in Akita Yeast : Ginjo yeast produced by Akita Konno Shoten Koji mold : N54G produced by Akita Konno Shoten Brewing Water :Osawago-juku, male and female fresh water Representative Winter Festival National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset This sake is named after the "Great Tug of War in Kariwano," a nationally important intangible folk cultural property. What is the "Great Tug of War in Kariwano"? The Kariwano Tug-of-War is said to have been handed down from the Muromachi period (1336-1573), more than 500 years ago. It has been held on the night of the 15th day of the first lunar month under a full moon as a small New Year's event. The rope is then dedicated to Ukishima Shrine. It is said that if the upper town wins, the price of rice will increase, and if the lower town wins, there will be a good harvest. Osawago-shuku's "male and female fresh water" is used for brewing and wari water. We were particular about the water used for brewing and for making our wariwari, and searched for fresh water in Nishi-Senboku Town. The local people have long used the water, which they call "male and female" water (oshizu/meshizu), and it has long been said to be the water that prolongs life with a hardness of 18 mg/dehydration.

Product Description Fuse Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery located in Nanao City, specializes in producing aged sake. Sake, a brewed alcoholic beverage, gains flavor as it matures, and each year of aging releases different flavors and tones. Tenpeiji 3-Year Aged Sake is a beautiful sake that glistens with a bright, sparkling, golden color. The rich umami flavor spreads in the mouth, and the acidity and gentle lingering aftertaste slowly overwhelm the palate. The alcohol content is high because it is made as a pure sake without adding any water, but the aging process makes it feel less alcoholic. Please enjoy it at a slightly lower temperature or on the rocks. Sake Brewer Fuse Shuzo Brewery Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol Capacity 500m Alcohol: 19 to 19.9 degrees Celsius or lower
