It is clear with yellowish tints and has aromas of pear, honeysuckle, cooked rice, and mitarashi dumplings. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness, and a rather long finish.
This sake is from my hometown, Tsukii Sake Brewery.
This sake is made with great care by Toji Ishikawa of Hiroshima.
It is an excellent bottle with an exquisite bitter taste that is addictive.
Transparent with yellowish tints, it has aromas of soy sauce, Kamishinko, honeysuckle, Japanese pear, and lime. The attack is rather strong, with mild acidity, a discreet sweetness, and a rather long finish.
A soft sake with a sweetness that is hard to believe today's Tsuki no I.
Sweeter than last year.
The barrel aroma gives it a grapefruit-like complexity that makes it easy to drink.
The citrus aftertaste goes well with shime saba (mackerel).
This time it is a super buy.
It has a strong yellowish color, and I thought I'd lost it, but it is rather smooth. I think it is more of a warmed sake than a chilled one.
I am drinking it every night. I've opened another Kariho, Kaze no Mori Yamada ^_^.
#The World That Matsuko Doesn't Know is doing a pilgrimage to a sacred place for anime, so I drink a sake from Oarai. It has a good taste of rice and is good as a food sake.
