Haruyingitsune Junmai-shu Takazasu
60% 15% 720ml 1451yen
Purchased on the way back from a golf trip to Fujikawa in Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is a little dry. It has an astringent taste which is not my favorite. It is like an astringent grape.
The sake rice is Tamakae.
According to the website of Shunyuginsingen, this sake is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm. I should have tried it.
I heard that this sake was featured in the 82nd volume of "Mimi Shinbo".

Purchased at a local supermarket on a trip to Yamanashi in the midst of a typhoon that may or may not be coming.
It is sharp and dry. It is a good sake for a meal. I enjoy it with grilled sea bream and sashimi.
I was curious to buy a bottle of freshly squeezed new sake from a local Yamanashi sake brewery as part of OGINOSELECT at the OGINO supermarket in Yamanashi. The sweetness of the rice combined with the umami flavor makes it a perfect match for any dish. I want to eat this with Koshu beef!
