松井 英章Oooh, this is the sake in sake, lol.
I get drunk! LOL! 松井 英章Daiginjo of Shichiken, long time no see(^ ^)
This is Japanese sake. koge2Lime on the nose, sweetness dominates the palate! Then comes the spiciness. The spiciness is then overpowered by the spiciness that comes later. koge2Pear aroma, spiciness in the back of the tongue, a little astringency when rolling. It also tastes a little salty. This is a prefecture without an ocean, though! (Not that it matters.) koge2The sweet grape aroma and gentle sweetness spreads on the palate. This is a dangerous wine that can be consumed in large gulps. Alcohol is felt afterwards. koge2The top aroma is sweet peach. But when you put it in your mouth, it is unexpectedly spicy. It has a slightly salty taste, and its richness and flavor spread to the edge of the tongue. 松井 英章Easy to drink, but old-fashioned (^^) 松井 英章Sake from Yamanashi!
There is also a nice Daiginjo (^^) ajumaSeven Sages, Spring warblers, Taikan and Tanizakura
