THE standard taste. Slightly sour and ricey.
This is the first sake from Yamanashi Prefecture.
I drink it with horse sashimi, but the amount of horse sashimi is too much and I get tired of it soon.
But I never get tired of this sake.
Maybe it is because it is a standard taste.
Tasting at Sogo
First time I heard this name. It seems to be from Yamanashi.
Low al 12% is clean sweetness of malic acid
Junmai Ginjo 15% is sweetness on the traditional side
It's easy to drink without much smell.
A slightly heavy, full-bodied sweetness is followed by a light sweetness that is a wonder. The sweet aroma and light taste on the label are true to the description.
Thanks to the rare sake rice called tamaei, it seems to have a unique flavor not found anywhere else.
It is sold in a wide range of ranks, from regular sake to junmai ginjo, so I would definitely like to try the other ranks.
one's true character being written in bold and simple letters
Strong sweetness and bitterness. It is so thick that it makes your tongue chatter.
So ice is added.
The bitterness and numbness disappear and change to a refreshing sweetness. It is delicious. For some reason, it smells like cake sponge.
I bought this sake at a sake brewery on my way back from Kanagawa during Obon vacation.
The obfuscated kanji in the name of the sake is the name of the place where the rice is grown. The label is cut in the shape of Mt. I bought the undiluted version, but they also sell a watered-down version.
It has a slightly dry but soft mouthfeel, a quiet aftertaste, and a slight lingering richness. It is like a light version of Chun Ying Tian. Not bad at all.
The sake was a bit strong. It was a sake that went well with the namero. On the other hand, the sake is so strong that if you don't use such a strong flavor, you will lose.
Shunyouten, takazasu?
Quirky, but not strong! Fluffy and peculiar.
Soft on the palate, I know what you mean!
Even after drinking it, it is still fluffy and habitual!
This is one of the three items I received as a birthday present 🎁 last year. It was a collaboration sake with Yotchan, and I had Yotchan with me 😆 I didn't find it very tasty when I drank it with Yotchan 😁💦It's a hit 😂It's for evening drinking, not modern style, but relatively easy to drink with 14% alcohol content.
Label: 🏷️
Low difficulty
It was easy to peel off after soaking in hot water because of the glue 👍
Where to buy 🍶.
I received this as a gift🎁.
