I'm pairing it with the Akinatai fish sashimi for dinner.
The aroma is a mild rice aroma, which will not interfere with the meal. The attack on the palate is typical Kawanakajima, sweet and delicious, then dry, crisp and clear, with a relaxing taste 👍.
Although it is dry, it is very easy to drink and quite smooth and delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

Kawanakajima, I asked for a sake that reminded me of Genshu Mai, but it was a solid muddy sake!
It is not too sweet and not too spicy with a strong sense of rice.

I bought it because it was a mini bottle for room use only and had a cute label 😀 It tasted not like the popular nigori sake with its delicious sweetness 😙It had a subtle banana-like aroma, mellow and crisp, and was a very elegant nigori sake 😊.
