The other day I went to the Ojinja Shrine. Another bottle I purchased at the Mimuro cedar approach store is a standard Junmai Ginjo😄.
We opened this one today♪
Almost no aroma.
In the mouth, the umami of rice spreads, and in the latter half, you can feel the acidity unique to the sake.
It is easy to drink with no spiciness or bitterness.
It has no impact, but you will not get tired of drinking it.
Overall, a mellow and peaceful sake. ☺️
It makes you feel calm to your heart's content.
I think it is versatile as a food sake.
It has a deep flavor when it's made with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. It's hard to describe, but I'm sure it's delicious 😋.
But personally, I think I prefer hiyaoroshi 😍.
Either way, Mimuro Sugi is a good sake 🍶!
