Since I went to the Kansai Expo,
I went to Nara for a visit to the Kansai Expo,
After purchasing sake at the Imanishi Sake Brewery, I paid a visit to the Ookami Shrine,
After purchasing sake at Imanishi Sake Brewery, I paid a visit to Ojin Shrine.
My wife and I both thought it was delicious.
was our first impression of the sake.
It has a gentle flavor with no cloying taste,
It has a good aftertaste and a well-balanced sake,
It was delicious.
Thank you to the sake gods.
Thank you for the sake.
Good evening, Mr. HAM!
So you went to Imanishi Sake Brewery from Expo 🚃.
That's a quintessential sake vitality 😁✨✨.
I went to Imanishi Sake Brewery as well and the samomorosugi is delicious 😋.
You and your wife had a great time 🤗
Hello ma-ki-san.
It's been a long time since I was in my hometown Osaka, and I've been driving around.
I went to Imanishi Sake Brewery in Nara 💨.
As well as the Expo,
Sanmorosugi, the sake was as delicious as we expected.
Both of us were very satisfied. It was a good trip.

My friend in Nara took me to Imanishi Sake Brewery main store 🚙 I was planning to buy a lot of sake so I was going to pay with credit card but they only accept cash...I cried (my friend lent me cash 🤣).
The sake is brewed with the yeast from the sassafras flowers of the Ojin Shrine.
It has a fresh apple aroma and a clear, light mouthfeel. The umami flavor spreads as it reaches room temperature. Sake meter rating -2
Good evening, Yojiro-san!
I also visited the head office of Imanishi Shuzo this year 🎵
It's a very atmospheric brewery ✨.
Too bad you didn't get to buy a lot 💦.
I haven't had a chance to visit this one yet, so next time I'd like to take you there 🤗.
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
I just came to see your site. I'm so jealous that you went to both Ogami-sha and Denso-zo! One day in Nara is not enough. There were too many sake I wanted to buy. I want to go back 🦌.
Sanmorosugi, the second one. They use the yeast from the Sasayuri yeast from the Ookami Shrine Shrine sanctuary. It was clean, sweet, and a little bitter. I felt it was suitable for drinking when it was hot.
I bought it at Miwa. They use sassafras yeast from the Ojinja Shrine. It has a nice natural, fresh aroma with a hint of white wine. It is as delicious as you would expect from Mimuro Cedar.
Good evening, crocodile!
I'm also visiting the head store and taking home the same sake and having it reserved in the cellar 🤗 looking forward to it 🤤.
I have had two brands of Mimuro Sugi, but this is my first time drinking "Samorosugi". I received two bottles of "Bomobo" and "Bomobo" as part of a Furusato tax payment. next has a melon-like aroma and acidity, and is light and "super slightly carbonated". It has a gentle taste with a hint of lingering aftertaste. I am thankful to the sake god and enjoy it with sashimi. I envy people in Nara prefecture. I compared it with Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou Limited Junmai Ginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki, which I opened the other day, and found that the acidity of the latter was lighter than the former. It is a strange expression, but I feel that the acidity of the Sanomorosugi comes vertically down my throat, while that of the Toyo Bijin spreads horizontally. I don't know what you are talking about 😅 Bodai Hashihashi will be my next pleasure 😊.
I saw an article online about the opening of a traditional brewery and wanted to visit, so I stopped by.
There were a variety of different sake rice varieties, but I bought the recommended Nanaro. It was easy to drink because of its low alcohol content and had a nice fruity taste.
It was sent to us as part of a hometown tax payment. It was a honjozo, old-fashioned dry sake.
It was perfect with sweet sushi rolls, but it could also be served warm.
