We had a bottle of Nana Dew 60 from the Miwa Densetsu Kura with the brewing water.
The aroma was so fruity and fragrant that it was hard to believe it was sake, and the taste was mildly sweet and delicious.
The brewing water was also smooth and tasteless.
After eating Miwa Somen and paying a visit to the Ogami Shrine, we went to Miwa Densetsu Kura of Imanishi Sake Brewery, which I had longed to visit.
As a Mimuro cedar fan, I really wanted to visit this place.
And the sake we had was 60 dewy leaf style.
It was really delicious 👏👏👏👏👏.
On the way home, we also stopped by the Imanishi Sake Brewery's main store to buy sakekasu (sake lees).
I am looking forward to making sake lees soup 🙆♂️
When I visited the Expo in September, I stopped by Imanishi Sake Brewery,
I bought it along with the hiyaoroshi.
I drank the hiyayoroshi one early, but this Next was too good to open,
I didn't drink it for a long time 😅,
But I decided to drink it😅.
The aroma is sweet like melon.
The taste is light and well-balanced.
It is easy to drink and delicious.
The hiyayoroshi we drank earlier and this samorosugi next were both delicious as well,
It was still delicious.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
We visited the Sake Festival at Ojin Shrine.
Sake brewers attend the festival to pray for the safety and success of the brewing process.
Since there are many places to visit at Ojin Shrine
I decided to pay my respects.
At the Miwa Densetsu Kura, a newly built brewery on the approach to the shrine, we drank freshly pressed 60% Yamada Nishiki.
I drank freshly pressed Yamada-Nishiki 60.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a slight effervescence.
The taste was refreshing.
The full flavor of Yamada-Nishiki was delicious.
It was on sale from the 20th, so it was impossible to purchase.
Good evening, Lutertemi 😃.
I'm curious to know what the atmosphere is like at the Sake Festival at Ogami Shrine😄and I'd love to drink the freshly pressed sake from the Lore Kura so much😍I'm so jealous 🤤.
Good evening, Hiro-san😄The priests dressed in white entered the shrine solemnly and went to the hall of worship. I wanted to pray that delicious sake will be made in the future. ☺️ I regret that I should have tried the sake rice and Nanadoro tasting.
I visited the Ojin Shrine on the day of the Sake Festival.
I would never go alone.
I would never go alone, but since I was with Mr. Uma Uma Uma, I went with him.
We walked along the Yamanobe trail from Ookami Shrine to Motoise Hinohara Shrine for about 20 minutes. We enjoyed Nara's autumn scenery to the fullest.
At a store near the shrine, we had the sake sold as a set with eggs to be offered to Mr. Mi🐍 heated up and took a break with some mugwort rice cakes.
I was tired, so the simple taste that enveloped me was soothing.
Good morning, Mr. Luteltemi!
It's nice to visit the shrine in autumn and get in touch with nature 🎵.
It's a great way to enjoy nature in autumn 🤗.
And, to take a break from the heavy drinking activities, heated sake and mugwort rice cakes from Mr. Sanomorosugi - sounds soothing 😋!
Good evening, ma-ki-😁.
I was not planning to walk more than 20 minutes along the Yamanobe trail, but I enjoyed the beautiful autumn, but I was also worried what if 🐻 came out 😱🤣.
The sammorosugi cedars really healed me 😊.
Trying Sanju Sugi for the first time, I didn't expect this ancient sake brew from Nara to be so easy to drink. Juicy sweetness lingers in the mouth, with just a hint of alcohol on the finish reminding me that I'm drinking a sake, not a juice drink, smh.
Will continue to explore Sanju Sugi~!
