I spent today at home.
I was at home today, so I drank! So we opened another bottle this week!
We had a bottle of Imanishi Shuzo's Sanmorosugi, which we visited the brewery a while ago!
This time it was Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo!
This was a sake we had purchased at the main store and were looking forward to drinking it!

First, the aroma. It smells like dairy products, yet it has a refreshing aroma.
The sweet, fruity, and rich taste in the mouth is already delicious!

The lingering aftertaste is gentle and refreshing, with just a hint of bitterness.
The beautiful mouthfeel and the beautiful sweetness are a perfect match, and it was a taste that sinks in all over the body.
