I bought this sake because it was a rarity in Miyazaki Prefecture, a major shochu producer. Perhaps it was the high temperature, but it was the opposite of refreshing, with a strong amino acid content and a strong umami flavor. It has a rich, mellow flavor with a good amount of sourness and sweetness. It is better to be served with a strong flavor like Miyazaki Jidori chicken nanban than sashimi.

Well, well, well, this is a gift 🙇🙇. I never thought I would have the chance to drink Miyazaki sake like this 😁🙏🙏. I'm going to enjoy it. Sake from Miyazaki Prefecture 🍶 which is not often encountered. The rice has a nice flavor and is delicious.

I got this sake when I visited Miyazaki City on a trip the other day🍶. This GUUONE is a joint development of Sentoku Shuzo and Toshiro Kono Sake Brewery. I'm a sucker for limited editions and the box was nice, so I bought it✨. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15 My first Miyazaki sake. The aroma is gorgeous, like a pear. The taste is rich sweet like honey but flows smoothly. A sweet type of sake😊. The entrée is bonito belly skin which is eaten in Kagoshima that was introduced on Kenmin Show a while ago 🐟️ and Satsumame. It was my first time to try bonito belly skin grilled with salt, but it was more fatty than mackerel, and it goes well with sake and rice 🍶🍚.
