Sentoku's raw sake, which I have always wanted to try.
Purchased at Nikomaru Sake Brewery in Kouhama
There is no description, but according to the internet, it is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Takachiho!
It is quite crisp and a little classical. It has some sweetness, but it's not too strong, so I guess it's a good mid-meal type 🤔.
I have another bottle of Sentoku sake in reserve 😁.

We start our New Year's greetings at Sake-no-Wa with our traditional New Year's drinking!
This year we chose Sentoku, a local sake 🎉.
Until now it was a cup sake in a bottle, but now it's coming in an aluminum can ‾!
As soon as the train started moving
I popped the lid and opened the bottle!
Oh 😍😍the sweet aroma of sake wafts through the air 😆.
On its own, it has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness from the rice 😋.
When paired with snacks, it's quite tasty with a spicy aftertaste 😋.
I know it's presumptuous... but it's definitely better than before 😂😂😂⤴️⤴️
Keep up the good work Miyazaki🙌!

I started keeping a record with the Sake-no-wa app on 6/19/2024, and started to enjoy it like collecting Pokemon, and became conscious of conquering 47 prefectures.......................finally......................! I finally completed Miyazaki prefecture!
I often forget to keep a record, or get too drunk to keep a record, or drink too much and get the same impression no matter what I drink.
My memory of sake distinctions and my palate is still a bit hazy, but my sake strike zone has definitely widened. May you continue to enjoy sake in good health (I pray).

As light as water. It has a twisted umami taste, and when you think it has bitterness, it disappears. It is alky, but not alcoholic. After a long time, when you forget about it, you can taste the flavor of sakekasu (sake lees).

A bottle I bought in Miyakonojo.
I've had this many times, so I'll spare you the details 😌.
It is more hardcore than "To the Middle of a Dream" from the same brewery, but the clean, understated sweetness and the sharpness from the assertive acidity and astringency make it perfect as a mealtime sake!
I enjoyed the Miyakonojo hot springs and the Kirishima factory tour, but next time I would like to visit Miyazaki city and the northern part of Miyazaki👍.

It's been almost a year since I left the Sake Map Miyazaki Prefecture.
Actually, I bought this Sentoku a year ago at an antenna store in Shinjuku😅.
I thought it would not be artistic to raise Sentoku again at a milestone check-in, so I pulled it out from the back of the fridge.
I had it with cold sake 🍶.
The first aroma is a modest sweet aroma.
It has a refreshing sweetness and a nice sharpness in the mouth.
I would like to try it once as a pure sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
