Sake from Nobeoka, my dad's hometown 🍶 The atté is a tsu-bo-zuke (pickles) purchased at the Miyazaki Products Museum. It is thinly sliced dried daikon radish soaked in soy sauce. My grandma's handmade tsu-bo-zuke is so good that I can't stop eating it 🥢.
The alcohol content is 12 degrees. It's like sake with just one ice cube. It has a thin sweetness, a gentle sourness, a smoothness without being fussy, and a southern breeze. I wish I could go to Miyazaki. 🏝️
Now 3 more prefectures to go.
Kumamoto, Oita, and Okinawa, and I'll conquer the whole country!
Good evening, mayu. I can't believe you combined Chitoku with pickled Tsubo-zuke from Miyazaki... 🐎🐎✨Three more prefectures to go... I'm getting close to conquering the whole country 😆.
Hi mayu 😃
We were also in Miyazaki at the Shinjuku product store 😌.
Kumamoto and Oita are doable, but Okinawa is the hardest one 😅Good luck with your national conquest 👋.
Good evening, Hirupeko. I have a few memories of my grandmother warning me not to eat too much of pickles because they swell up in your stomach! I have a few memories of my grandmother warning me not to eat too many tsubozuke because they swell up in your stomach!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I have been trying to make a connection with you, but I think it's time for me to go to the end of the road 😅 Will you end up in Ginza, where Okinawa is located?
Finally got this sake from Miyazaki Prefecture through the forbidden Amazon mail order.
There is a mark on the label that says it has won some kind of silver award.
The impression is that it is crisp and dry.
I wonder if they don't like sweet sake in the land of shochu.
The "Made with rice produced in Miyazaki Prefecture" is a good impression, and it is a delicious sake!

Sweet!
Traditional sake taste 🍶.
It's kind of comforting ^ ^.
I wonder if sweet sea urchin miso or squid pickled in malted rice would go well with it because it is so sweet ^ ^.
Stable daily sake ^ ^.
Yamadanishiki and Hanakagura were used.
True to its name
It is a smooth, light and easy to drink
It is a nigori sake.
It has no unpleasant sweetness and is not bad,
Low alcohol content, as refreshing as water
It's not enough, but it's okay for hot summer.
This is my 5th round in Japan,
I wonder how many years it will take for the fifth one in Okinawa!
Hi Sana D 🐦.
I've been going back and I'm amazed at all the different types of sentoku 😳I've only seen them at events 😊.
Okinawa is tough 💦 I have yet to see it in a bottle 😂.
Dear Pon-chan, Oban.
Okinawa is a tough place, but I just checked the Internet and found that you have taken over the business to a sake brewery on Ishigaki Island. It is somewhat disappointing, but on the other hand, it gives me something new to look forward to.
This is my first sake from Miyazaki Prefecture.
I had it chilled and thought it was light and easy to drink, but as the temperature rose, it transformed into a dry sake with sweetness and bitterness!
It was delicious!
