On the last day of the Bon vacation, my wife and I had a rare lunchtime drink at Tempura.
The restaurant prepared a bottle of Jikin. This is my first time drinking Asahi.
It has a faint aroma and a thick mouthfeel. However, it quickly fades away and transitions to a refreshing feeling.
It is delicious. Went great with the tempura 😃.

So our first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Jikin by Kiyamasa Shuzo!
This time it was Sake Mirai Nama!
The owner of the restaurant seemed to have brought it with him because he had made a reservation, so it was unopened!

First, the aroma. It has a sweet and refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the gentle sweetness.
The aroma that escapes through the nose is irresistible!
It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a full-bodied flavor.
The lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and spreads to the back of the throat.
It is the best and enchanting!
I have the impression that Jikin-sama's sake future is gentle and sweet!

The first time I opened it, I could feel the slight bubbles on my tongue and the umami of the Jikin.
The taste is firm and the pull is a leisurely alcohol feeling.

I came back to my hometown for Obon vacation and went to Sakeiki Daigo for the first time in 2 years 😀✨.
