This sake has a very good balance of the five tastes. The taste is clear and clean, although you can enjoy the umami of the rice without any of the flavors being assertive.
I had a chance to drink it at home. It was a very satisfying sake even if you consider it as a 3,000 yen jun-dai, but I guess the overwhelming brand power along with Jyushiyo makes it an explosion of satisfaction. To put it in a colloquial way, I am drinking the sake that everyone wants at home at a fixed price, and it makes me feel good.
I have the impression that I have only seen the Chinese character for "而今" in Chinese characters, but on a smartphone, you can find it more quickly by searching for "じ" (じ).
A while back...
I took a day off on the anniversary of my husband and wife's registry and went around Matsushima.
We made commemorative prayer beads at Entsuji Temple, and then wandered around Zuiganji Temple. I had never been to Zuiganji Temple before, and this was my first time. Maybe it was my age, but I liked the Yingburi (Japanese bush warbler) wall in the main hall, the paintings on the walls, and the Treasure House.
After walking around Matsushima, we had a drink at Hamayaki. Since we were allowed to bring our own food, my wife and I toasted with a glass set and a bottle of Jikin (Japanese sake) that we had brought with us!
The temperature had risen due to the fact that I had been carrying it on my back for so long that it felt like alcohol, but after all, Jikin is Jikin. Scallops, squid, oysters, and tempura. It's the best!
Don't abuse me, I'll use my own sake language!
〜I'll use it for the rest of my life!
