It is an unforgettable taste! I have tried various sake rice varieties of "Jikin" and Hakutsuru-nishiki is my favorite flavor. It has a rich sake body, the umami is not too strong, and while easy to drink, it is not mediocre. It is a taste that clearly engraves in your mind that you have had a great sake. The price is high, but you will want to drink it again.

Compared to the previous junmai ginjo made with Tojo Yamadanishiki, this is less fruity, but the sweetness afterward is addictive and still delicious 😊.
Whenever I have Jikin, it's always Tokujun.
