Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

Received in the distribution. Jikin! Rare! I can't drink it! But because of the earthquake, I decided to drink it while I could and drank it! It's good, but a little bitterness is noticeable? I'll drink it again tomorrow. Sweet, a little foamy, a little dry aftertaste? I'm worried about closing with bitterness.

-Thank you. It's been a long time since I've had "Jikin". It's been so long that I was gut-punched. It was served at an izakaya that I casually entered, And it was served in a set for comparison, The taste is still outstanding. I want to drink it again.

Fried rice with snow crab and pickled vegetables were served! The other customers were having a great time, and Waka was as busy as ever! I had Jikin for the last time and it was time for me to go home! I found a bottle of Jikin Nama on SNS that was in stock today, so I'm going to pair it with Toyo Bijin! I had a bottle of Jikin Hi-ire the other day and it lived up to my expectations even more than that! Delicious! We stir-fried rice and told Waka that we would be back next year! The new year starts on the 5th! I'll have to schedule my visit as soon as possible! He also told us that there would be sake on offer! I just happened to get a bottle of Jigokin Nigori 🍶(*^^*) Last year I won the lottery and got a Shigou bottle! This year, for some reason, I got a bottle 😁This is one of my favorite sake among all Jigokin ❤I'll spend some happy time for a while _(. _.) _
