When I go to a restaurant, I am often guided to a seat in front of the refrigerator.
When I looked, to my surprise, there was Jikin-sama 😳.
However, it is not listed on the local sake menu.
I gave up on the idea that it might be a special offer for regular customers and decided to order something from the other menu, but I was surprised to find Jikin-sama under the food menu.

The aroma was refreshing like green apple.
When I drank it, I found the juiciness of green apple and
I felt the bitterness of alcohol that didn't end there.
I had the impression that the Jikkensama I have had so far is soft and easy to drink, yet still has a strong flavor.
I was surprised to find a flavor with such a certain impact.
However, when I drank it after having tachipon and kampachi sashimi, I felt the bitterness quickly recede along with the fat of the sashimi, and I felt the depth of nostalgia for its high potential as a food sake.
I could also feel a new aspect of Jikin-sama. ❤️

The bottle is quiet when opened. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, foretelling of deliciousness. When only the supernatant is included, the impression is subdued with a slight sweetness in the tangy texture of the unpasteurized sake. When you drink it after mixing it with ori (rice cake), the sweetness spreads out and at the same time, the acidity and bitterness become stronger at the same time, which is why it is not too sweet and has a great taste.
I had given up on the idea that there was no time to buy this sake, which is shipped once a year, at a liquor store. This year, by a combination of various coincidences, I was lucky enough to buy a bottle. I am grateful and will enjoy it carefully.
Now for the second part of nigori sake, the next one is Jigokin's nigori 😄, one of the three major nigoris, which I have always wanted to drink. I drank it with high expectations. The aroma was mild, with a hint of fresh powder and banana.
When you drink it, you will taste a moderate sweetness, followed by umami and then a nice bitterness. The aftertaste is sharp and clean. This balance is so good that you will never get tired of drinking it. You can drink it as much as you want. There is no sense of alcohol.
I can see why it is so popular 😄This is a delicious bottle. I'm thankful that I could buy it.

Hiro-san Good evening 😄I was able to purchase the Jigokoro for the first time. I was very impressed with the taste, just like its reputation 😄 It was surprisingly dry and easy to drink and I was able to drink it easily ✨.

This is a sake I can't go without drinking every year 🍶 lol.
It has a gentle sweetness that is typical of Jikin.
It does not disappoint.
