I drank sake for the first time in a month ( ;) ).
I didn't drink it when I went to Akita last month...!

I really wanted to drink a crop too, but unfortunately they didn't have any today 😢...
I compared the two types of sake, the special junmai nama and junmai ginjo sake mirai, and both were really tasty, with a strong rice flavor but easy to drink.
It is difficult to put into words, but I personally liked the taste...!

I thought it would be better to drink a variety of sake to find the one I liked best, but I was too curious about the other sake, so I ended up having the other ones as well.
I was told by the shopkeeper that old sake has a little bit of a habit, so you may not like it, but I personally liked it very much...!
Also, the taro stew and tama-konnyaku that we had together were very, very good, so I definitely want to go back.

I found all kinds of sake at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) in Akita station.
It was so easy to drink and tasted so good that I wondered if it was really sake or not. It was so easy to drink and delicious!
But now I regret that I should have compared No.6 with other Shinmasa 😢.
It's not easy, but if I ever go to Akita again, I would like to try it...!

I had this sake at a Japanese restaurant in Sendai.
I was going to drink Miyagi sake, but I thought it was a brand I had heard of! So I ordered the one from Aomori 😂.
But the only thing I remember about the taste is that it was the first time I drank sake with my brother who lives in the lodge and we had a lot of fun... But it was a very good memory because we had a delicious and fun time drinking. ☺️

Like Otters, I received this sake as a gift for my father's promotion and drank it with my family.
This is also the sake that made me realize the taste of sake. ☺️
I don't have the ability to verbalize what it tastes like, but I personally prefer it to Ottersai and it was easy to drink and delicious...!
