Fairly dry, with sweetness appearing and disappearing at the edges. It leaves a sweet potato taste in the aftertaste. The top aroma is apple. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. Legs are weak but long.

Kurehaaru in Ikeda was also a sake I wanted to drink!
This sake has a "Japanese sake" feel to it.
I had the impression it was solid.
I would like to buy a bottle next time!
The second day of a short trip to Shiga Prefecture with my wife.
Today we went to the Kurokabe area in Nagahama.
There was a liquor store with a fairly good selection, and we were able to get the sake we were aiming for without incident.
After we finished sightseeing, we brought souvenirs to each other's parents' homes, and for our final party, we went to a sushi restaurant we have been going to for a long time.
It had been a long time since our last visit, but the sushi was as delicious as ever 😊.
The first sake we had at the sushi restaurant was Kurehaaru Special Ginjo.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, you can feel a little soft sweetness and a gentle bitterness.
It also has a slightly fruity taste and is very tasty.
The taste is smooth and easy to drink until the latter half of the bottle.
Sushi and sake are a great combination, and I felt bliss once again ✨.

The rice flavor and sweetness are strong, but it is refreshing and easy to drink 😋. It is delicious. I was told that it is only sold in one bottle, so I was glad to have it at the store 😊.

My parents got it as a golf prize.
I didn't know when I lived in my hometown that Ikeda City in Osaka Prefecture and Itami City in Hyogo Prefecture were the birthplace of sake and developed Morohaku-zukuri!
Ikeda Sake
It has a crisp, light and dry taste, like a honjozo sake.
I had it cold, but it would also be good warmed up.
