KFeel the coming of winter with hot fugu fin sake りっくんIt's Sunday night, so a little blue past post.
North Akita Nigori Sake.
A sweet, easy-drinking sake with a sake content of -7.5.
Perfect for my sweet sake taste.
It is a sake that I have fond memories of drinking with someone I liked and saying how delicious it was.
I want to drink it again... じゅんさんThis is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with quite a high alcohol content.
The color is also dark! It goes in easily, but has a strong umami flavor.
I think it is a good match for a popular izakaya (Japanese-style bar).

Recommended sake selected in the crowded store.
Sanzui.
Fruity with no residue. Delicious.
This store is even better because of the low price per 1 gou of sake.
Rice: Gohyakumangoku

Afterwards, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) in the basement to quench our thirst. We had to wait a long time, but after settling down with a beer first, we had just one drink. It was a relaxing moment on a holiday. かおすIt is served with sea bream with liver and squid with liver.
Just the right sweetness to drink with sea food. Akira-WKita Akita Nigori. Tokuda Sake Shop, Yurakucho. The entrée is salted squid. aaiiaaooFresh, light and refreshing!
It seems to go well with anything as a food sake! JuleStrong rice flavor
I want to drink it lukewarm.

It's amazing that I was able to take pictures and go home, even though the second half of my memory was blown.
I think it's dangerous to drink 1 gou (1 cup) of sake.
I found that my memory blows up after 3 cups. I'll be careful about the limiter from now on. ちゃんまIt is read as goshun.
It is delicious with a strong oaky aroma.
We had a lot of it with a 1-gou boar cup. Delicious! 南十字輝6/10
This is a cosy sake from Drunken Whale.
It has a clean, mellow taste, but the alcohol comes in softly afterwards.
It is easy to drink, but gradually makes you feel drunk, which is a good feeling. 南十字輝I can't evaluate it because I drank it in a special way, as a bone wine of sea bream.
This cup of sake seems to be a "Kasen" sake.
I don't know much about sake because I started drinking sake after the classification system was abolished, but it seems that "Kasen" is equivalent to "Ni-kyu".
I guess it means "normal sake".
I think it is an excellent sake for when other tastes are added, such as bone wine.
It was delicious. 南十字輝5/10
This sake is one of the most popular sake in Osaka, but since it is mainly sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles, it is hard to have a chance to drink it.
It tastes like regular sake.
It has a sweetness and umami that makes you feel like you are drinking sake in a bar.
I think it would be more mellow if it were heated, but I don't think I'll be welcoming it to my home in the future. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
