Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (6)
Sake from the all-you-can-drink menu
Cold sake. Quite a classic style!
I thought it should be room temperature or heated.
When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was a more beautiful sake, so I think it is the type of sake that changes completely depending on the temperature range.
I'd like to try Kurehaaru's Tokugin and Daiginjo.
On a side note, I was shocked to learn that the Yoshida Sake Brewery, which brews the same Ikeda sake, Midori-ichi, recently went out of business!
I once bought a special honjozo sake, but I've never been able to find it at the Daimaru Peacock in Senri-Chuo, which is no longer there. I regret that I should have bought it. I regret that I should have bought it.
