First of all, it was a big struggle to open the bottle😅.
I tried to drink it at night, but the overwhelming fermentation made it fizzy.
The bubbling was so strong due to the overwhelming fermentation.
It was so bubbly that we had to open and close the bottle repeatedly.
We gave up on opening the bottle once 😭.
Next morning after the bottle had settled down

It's not for everyone 🍶.
But it's very addictive somehow 😆.
The description says "smells like pickles", and it's true, it's like drinking a little bit of pickles, which I actually quite like ♥.

This is the most shockingly delicious sake I've had recently. It has a good balance of umami and sweetness, and the acidity is not too strong.
I have had this sake several times in one month. If I had to, I would have bought a whole bottle...
Gojin Musume's raw sake, rice is almost exclusively Kame-no-o.
Slightly pleasant and refreshing aroma. It has a clean sweetness, light carbonation, and a juicy flavor similar to white grapes or lychee. The finish is dry and crisp.
I will buy it again next season if I can find it.

When I had another Gonin Musume warmed up before, it stood out with a milky feeling like warmed spuds, but this one...at 13 degrees al, it has a soft mouthfeel and a rich graininess that reminds me of a fertile land. Dusty with a calm taste with a hint of acidity from the raw yeast yeast 🤤.
