Gonin Musume Natural Sake, Namahashime, Junmai Sake, Strawberry Mead Barrel Aged 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓. This sake is not mead, but it is a barrel-aged strawberry mead with Terada Honke's pure rice sake. It has a very soft aroma, but the taste is also exquisite with the acidity of the sake yeast and the sweet umami of honey strawberries, a very gentle taste that sinks into the body 😌😋😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is a little like sake, but it is like drinking dessert wine or sweet western wine. Looks like it would be good alone after dinner😃.

Brewed by Terada Honke in Katori, Chiba Gojin Musume Musuhi Made with 100% pesticide-free brown rice First of all, it was a big struggle to open the bottle😅. I tried to drink it at night, but the overwhelming fermentation made it fizzy. The bubbling was so strong due to the overwhelming fermentation. It was so bubbly that we had to open and close the bottle repeatedly. We gave up on opening the bottle once 😭. Next morning after the bottle had settled down Finally opened the bottle 🎉 When we drank it, we found The acidity is very strong and the taste is peculiar. It's not for everyone 🍶. But it's very addictive somehow 😆. The description says "smells like pickles", and it's true, it's like drinking a little bit of pickles, which I actually quite like ♥. You can enjoy natural fermentation every day! It's a super attachment sake 🍶! I can't help but look forward to the daily changes in taste 😆. I can't help but look forward to it 😆.

Gojin Musume's raw sake, rice is almost exclusively Kame-no-o. Slightly pleasant and refreshing aroma. It has a clean sweetness, light carbonation, and a juicy flavor similar to white grapes or lychee. The finish is dry and crisp. I will buy it again next season if I can find it.

It's been a little while since the beginning of the year, but we had a New Year's party at the Tochigi Prefectural Association 2024🤗⑬. We had a seat change time earlier and I was in the center of 4 ladies. Bousuke 😳Seeing this, the master served us a drink: 💁🏻‍♀️Gonin Musume Mr. Bousuke is in a harem state 🤣. Please check out Tsubu-chan's review of Ona 🤭. When I had another Gonin Musume warmed up before, it stood out with a milky feeling like warmed spuds, but this one...at 13 degrees al, it has a soft mouthfeel and a rich graininess that reminds me of a fertile land. Dusty with a calm taste with a hint of acidity from the raw yeast yeast 🤤.
