📍Utsunomiya Station East Exit Exchange Plaza
At the end of last year, at an event to enjoy sake... we also got a souvenir size 🤗.
It has a light miso candy-like aroma and lactic acidity. The aroma that escapes from your nose is a hint of cocoa. Slightly caramelized. The acidity is strong and the corners have been removed. I tried heating up about 1/3 of the sake, but the volatile ingredients made my eyes water a little afterwards 🤣 I preferred it cold or at room temperature.
I preferred it cold or room temperature.
Sake from Terada Honke, Katori-gun, Chiba Prefecture, a leak-free, filtered, unadulterated, raw sake, Autumn Agari. Brewed with locally grown sake rice with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, it was a unique sake with a sour, mellow sweet and savory taste.
The label says the aroma is like pickles, but it is more like grains and sourness.
When I drank it, I found a slight sweetness in the strong acidity, and the aftertaste also has a graininess, but the acidity dominates the whole time.
The taste is quite unique, and at first I thought it would not be a good match, but as I drank it, I changed my mind and thought it might be surprisingly tasty.
In any case, it is a taste that seems to be distinctly different for different tastes.
Hi Tora, nice to meet you.
I drank the same thing before.
It had a very pickled taste, but as I drank more and more of it, I thought, "What the heck? It was a strange sake with a strange feeling of "is it good? It was a strange kind of sake.
Royal Junmai Sake
Warmed to the brim
A full-bodied, royal Junmai-shu that can be fully appreciated when heated.
Not a trendy sake, but it makes you feel that this is sake.
This was the owner's recommendation!
Very delicious!
At the Exchange Plaza Sake and Sake vol.2🤗
Looking for the event's unique 🍶...Day 2
The sake brewery is making efforts to brew sake without additives and using the "nama-moto" method, aiming to make sake that is "the best of the best of all medicines" with vitality. I was so happy because I never thought I would be able to drink it at this event. It has a yellowish, light cloudy color with the richness of the original sake yeast and a slightly matured taste. Above all, the whey-like flavor is impressive and has a hot potpourri-like atmosphere. It was cold today...so we warmed it up with the hottest sake we could find. Sandesi Nama Sake was also brought as a souvenir.
Rice cultivation method: pesticide-free rice
Koji rice: Yukikake Miyamanishiki
Kake rice / Yukikake, Miyamanishiki, Dewa Tsannin

Hey, isn't this a very fermented sake that you can find at the mysterious cheese shop I often go to, or at the kusei sake shop in Honzan: ‼️‼️
It has an aroma of rice bran and sourness that resets the palate at once.
It seems to be good for your health if you keep drinking it as if it were a health food rather than a sake👍.
From what I hear, sales of this sake are there and they have fixed customers.
Thank you, Mr. Sakeran, for bringing us a sake that we would never have touched ✨.
Hello Yoohee!
It seems to be very hard to open this at home 😅
It took a long time even for a pro like Mr. Nemuchi💦.
I wonder if fixed customers have withdrawal symptoms if they don't drink regularly 🤣.
bouken Hello 💧.
I have to make sure it's cool before I drink it and move it as little as possible 💧.
Nemuchi, I think you opened it patiently ✨.
I think people who are addicted to it will get it lol
Hello, Pon!
It's true, I don't usually get this type of drink 💦.
If I were to drink it on a regular basis, it would be like ⁉️ in which situation 💧.
Good experience👍
probably tasty (as in "it's good to eat")
Sweet aroma, sharp attack. Mouth: "Mellow, acidic and slightly dry. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
I just had abalone liver. Sake, it feels dry 🤣.
Five girls I've been wanting to drink for a long time✨
I was so excited when I found it!
I was so excited when I found it!
It's just delicious ♥️
I drank other sake, but this first one was by far the best of the day 🥰.
