Terada Honke's so-called natural sake. Made from rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
At room temperature.
Sweet and sour aroma with rice flavor. Mild sweetness spreads quietly, and the flavor of rice is juicy. The acidity, which is not assertive, complements each of the flavors. The aftertaste is clean and not heavy.
It goes well with both well-seasoned and lightly seasoned dishes. Today we had stir-fried beef and salad chicken.
