ジョナジョナ
Terada Honke's so-called natural sake. Made from rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. At room temperature. Sweet and sour aroma with rice flavor. Mild sweetness spreads quietly, and the flavor of rice is juicy. The acidity, which is not assertive, complements each of the flavors. The aftertaste is clean and not heavy. It goes well with both well-seasoned and lightly seasoned dishes. Today we had stir-fried beef and salad chicken.

Sake made from pesticide-free brown rice. No way, it is 100% polished rice. It really smells like rice bran. The strong acidity, carbonation, and light sweetness are like lemon sour, but the umami and lingering taste is that of rice bran. I understand that some people may not like it, but it is quite good. It goes well with stewed pork cubes. It may be easy to match with well-seasoned dishes.

It has a very unique sour and sweet taste. It is unique, but you have tasted it somewhere before...you know something similar...? It has a great presence with a caramel-like richness and fullness.

#Azabujuban# T&UC River/Fuji/Kuro Three kinds of sake today. Today's hybrid with wine, according to the tastes of the gathered friends. The restaurant skillfully guided us to the right accompaniments. We were allowed to drink while eating the duck tataki, although it is not shown in the picture because we had already eaten all of it. It was a moment when I felt the restaurant's attention to detail in making a strong statement without losing the richness of the duck's flavor. We were very satisfied.

I'm only home solo from noon - I was drinking another sake, but it was empty, so here it is. I was drinking another sake, but I had a free moment, so here it is. I rarely drink sake, but I got this one from my junior colleague at work, who seems to own a sake brewery near his parents' house. It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. Thank you very much. It is sweet, but has a yogurt-like aftertaste and a good acidity. This is the first time I have had Gonin Musume.

Today, due to an event, I went near the roadside station of Fermentation Village and picked up salted fermented soybeans and five daughters and went home. Opened the bottle without difficulty, without worrying about the warning sign on the lid. Oh, isn't it fermented? Uwazumi has a sweet taste! It is not sour. Mixing and stirring, the sourness intensifies. Huh? The opposite image. I drank it up deliciously.

It may not be as refreshing or glamorous as it is nowadays, but the more you drink, the more you feel the taste? I think it is delicious!

📍Utsunomiya Station East Exit Exchange Plaza At the end of last year, at an event to enjoy sake... we also got a souvenir size 🤗. It has a light miso candy-like aroma and lactic acidity. The aroma that escapes from your nose is a hint of cocoa. Slightly caramelized. The acidity is strong and the corners have been removed. I tried heating up about 1/3 of the sake, but the volatile ingredients made my eyes water a little afterwards 🤣 I preferred it cold or at room temperature. I preferred it cold or room temperature.

Sake from Terada Honke, Katori-gun, Chiba Prefecture, a leak-free, filtered, unadulterated, raw sake, Autumn Agari. Brewed with locally grown sake rice with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, it was a unique sake with a sour, mellow sweet and savory taste.
