Tonight, I would like to introduce a new sake from Terada Brewery, which I was intrigued by the collaboration with Pukupuku Brewery and wanted to try it.
Gonin Musume Natural Sake, Namahashime, Junmai Sake, Strawberry Mead Barrel Aged 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓.
This sake is not mead, but it is a barrel-aged strawberry mead with Terada Honke's pure rice sake. It has a very soft aroma, but the taste is also exquisite with the acidity of the sake yeast and the sweet umami of honey strawberries, a very gentle taste that sinks into the body 😌😋😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is a little like sake, but it is like drinking dessert wine or sweet western wine. Looks like it would be good alone after dinner😃.
Good evening, Kirataso-san. I was curious about this 🍓 I saw it for sale at Tsuetarou-san's place 🍓 Is it incredibly tasty 😆 I think I'll pop it in 🤔🤔🤔.
@HiruPeco
I think it's very tasty ☺️ but when I looked at the price, I'm hesitant because it looks egregious 😅I'm tempted to drink the strawberry mead one too ❗️
The moment you put it in your mouth, it feels like a lactobacillus drink. But it's not cloudy or anything, and it's strange.
It is sweet and sour, but has a great mellowness. It is delicious.
Another bottle of Katori because it was so good.
The sweetness of dark rice.
The acidity enhances the sweetness.
The acidity is gradually drawn out, leaving a sweet and sour aftertaste.
It does not taste like 14%, but rather has a strong flavor.
Natural sake is so good!
Brewed by Terada Honke in Katori, Chiba

Made with 100% pesticide-free brown rice
First of all, it was a big struggle to open the bottle😅.
I tried to drink it at night, but the overwhelming fermentation made it fizzy.
The bubbling was so strong due to the overwhelming fermentation.
It was so bubbly that we had to open and close the bottle repeatedly.
We gave up on opening the bottle once 😭.
Next morning after the bottle had settled down
Finally opened the bottle 🎉
When we drank it, we found
The acidity is very strong and the taste is peculiar.
It's not for everyone 🍶.
But it's very addictive somehow 😆.
The description says "smells like pickles", and it's true, it's like drinking a little bit of pickles, which I actually quite like ♥.
You can enjoy natural fermentation every day!
It's a super attachment sake 🍶!
I can't help but look forward to the daily changes in taste 😆.
I can't help but look forward to it 😆.
Good morning, Mr. FujiFuji 🐥.
I'm so glad you opened the bottle safely 👏I drank it at an offline meeting, but it took you quite a while to open it and it tasted briny and sour🤣but it's addictive 😏I'm looking forward to your progress review 🙏.
Thank you Ponchan for the sake quality follow up 🙇 It has stabilized a lot after more than a week. The taste of old pickles is completely confirmed. But I still hear a "sizzling" sound when I open the cap 😊.
Is it still growing 😆.
FujiFuji, thank you for growing them 🙇 Are they old pickles 😳I guess they are still sour! And it looks like it's still developing 🤣I wonder how far it will grow and change its taste 😆.
I've been taking good care of it and today I drank my last cup 😣I'm somewhat sad to think that I won't be able to drink this super old pickle anymore😭.
I'd like to buy and grow it again 😂.
FujiFuji, it must have been about a month, thank you for your hard work💦 parental love! I know 😊.
The other day, when I talked about being raised at an offline meeting, we all said we'd like to try raising a drink for that long👍.
This is the most shockingly delicious sake I've had recently. It has a good balance of umami and sweetness, and the acidity is not too strong.
I have had this sake several times in one month. If I had to, I would have bought a whole bottle...
