Niigata Karakuchi
Celebrating the 20th anniversary of ㊗️ Sake no Jin, one of a set of 30 Niigata sake cups 😆.
No weight. Slightly creamy. Crisp and dry. But not harsh and soft. Souped up with some Tenkasu topped with Sanriku Mekabu Soba.
Why is it called "Soryu" when it is "Hakuryu"? The sake brewer's website says, "Souryu has a crisp and dry taste just like the blue color of Souryu" 🤔.

Daiginjo is delicious. It is sweet. The rice flavor is not that deep, but at this price it is excellent. It is made from 100% "Gohyakumangoku" rice. A reliable taste.
A classic! Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Alcohol 14%, Polishing ratio 50%.
Clear mouthfeel and a refreshing aftertaste.
It could be a little more fruity.
I was a bit nervous about drinking this because Niigata has a lot of sake and I've met some that don't go well with it, but this one is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious.
It went well with sushi and sashimi!
It has a sharp taste in the mouth, followed by a hint of sweetness. It can be enjoyed on its own, and goes perfectly with sashimi. It is very tasty. ★★☆☆☆☆
Very fresh, light and soft. Not extremely watery.
Slightly sweet, sour and fruity.
Reminiscent of lychee and dragon fruit.
Clear sweetness with low acidity,
Slight citrus nuance and a hint of greenness.
Pale tropical impression. The wine is elegant and fades away quickly.
As the title suggests, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
Delicious water.
Low-alcoholic and gentle.
