Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

I'm going to post some more pictures today😅. Made entirely from Echigo Gohyakumangoku and brewed with wine yeast. I thought it would be stylish✨. It's a sweet white wine style. I'm sure you'll love it!

Purchased at Echigo Yuzawa Station. Kuransho Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake At first you can feel the acidity, but it soon disappears and you can taste the robust rice flavor.

Izakaya Hotel✨ Since I haven't had any overnight business trips recently, I've been looking for 300ml bottles of sake 🍶 at a nearby liquor store and put them in the fridge ☺️ It's been a while since I've had a "Izakaya Hotel (home drinking ver)💦. Today we had Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo from Hakuryu Shuzo (Niigata). Sake from Niigata is really good! It was not too much sake, but dry and easy to sip on! Today I had fried potatoes and large peanuts 🍶! I think I like it very much: ❤️

Junmai Daiginjo Rice polishing: 50%. Alcohol: 16% abv. Classic light-bodied dry taste Clean and crisp, with a slight bitterness and rice flavor in the aftertaste. It goes well with dry Chinese food!
