There is almost no aroma, and while the mouthfeel is light, you immediately sense a strong graininess and acidity. The aftertaste is a pungent alcohol aftertaste.
It tastes better hot than cold.
Alcohol 15%.

Hakuryu's Nama Nigori Sake at ‼️
Nigori has a punchy yet refreshing mouthfeel, a little schwaty and slightly fruity with a slight effervescence. It is a very tasty sake with a strong aftertaste at the end.
A perfect sake for this year's Year of the Dragon 🐲!
I drank 2 gou of it in no time.
Agano City, Niigata Prefecture. Hakuryu Sake Brewery Co.
Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Hakuryu" is a brand in Fukui and Niigata prefectures, and this is from Niigata.
So there are black and white dragons in Fukui Prefecture 🤔.
I had it cold.
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo.
From the first sip, it has a rich, mellow, full-bodied rice flavor.
It has a clean aftertaste, making it an excellent sake for a mealtime drink.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol Content:14%.
I was surprised that the price at the Japanese restaurant was 1850 yen for 300ml, which is the price for a bottle of No. 4, but I am an adult and I know that it is the cost of the food, the location and the service charge 😊.
I can't pay for it with my own money, but I don't mind ordering it because it means I can drink as much as I want 🤣.
If you don't know the normal retail price, you'd think it's super expensive sake... I found this sake online for 770 yen 😅.
Good evening, Nemuchi.
The lineup of alcohol looks as if it was procured at Maya or Ong 🤣I've only seen Hakuryu at Ong and I bought the same alcohol at Ong a long time ago 😁.
I've seen the same alcohol at On 🤣.
Good evening, bouken🌛The sake lineup is mainly 300ml and 180ml, I thought it's because it's easier to stock and control quality 😅I don't buy small bottles at Y⚫ or I⚫, so I drank as much as I could🤣.
