Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

I'm going to post some more pictures today😅. Made entirely from Echigo Gohyakumangoku and brewed with wine yeast. I thought it would be stylish✨. It's a sweet white wine style. I'm sure you'll love it!

Iomangoku. Sweet coffee-like, apricot-like, slightly different from others, something habitually sweet and fruity. It is rich and has a long aftertaste. Well, this is addictive. It has a strong personality. This is the taste of Hakuryu. It's nice to clearly see the difference from other breweries. It is delicious! It is wine-like and the alcohol is 12 degrees.

Hakuryu is grown in Niigata! Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Dry ➕3 I enjoyed soba and sake 🍶! LOL!

Niigata is the most famous sake brewery in Japan. The "Niigata Sake-no-jin 2025" was being held at the same time. The Echigo Toji's skill is evident in this excellent product. The delicacy of the raw sake. It is an elegant sake with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. There are as many as 90 breweries in Niigata. I would like to continue drinking sake in search of the best sake!

I found it a bit peculiar right after opening the bottle, but on the second day the flavor changed and became milder. As it happened, it was a great drink to pair with unroasted mixed nuts.
