Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

I'm going to post some more pictures today😅. Made entirely from Echigo Gohyakumangoku and brewed with wine yeast. I thought it would be stylish✨. It's a sweet white wine style. I'm sure you'll love it!

I was a bit nervous about drinking this because Niigata has a lot of sake and I've met some that don't go well with it, but this one is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious. It went well with sushi and sashimi!

It has a sharp taste in the mouth, followed by a hint of sweetness. It can be enjoyed on its own, and goes perfectly with sashimi. It is very tasty. ★★☆☆☆☆

Very fresh, light and soft. Not extremely watery. Slightly sweet, sour and fruity. Reminiscent of lychee and dragon fruit. Clear sweetness with low acidity, Slight citrus nuance and a hint of greenness. Pale tropical impression. The wine is elegant and fades away quickly. At danchu festival. (Bottom left photo) This is one of the sake that was selected by the booth staff as a sake with a refreshing aftertaste. It really has a clean and refreshing aftertaste, and the mouthfeel is very light. Personally, I found it to have a strange taste, somewhere between sweet and dry. The alcohol taste is not too strong, and it is very versatile, either on its own or with a meal! I would definitely drink it again.
