I was a bit nervous about drinking this because Niigata has a lot of sake and I've met some that don't go well with it, but this one is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious.
It went well with sushi and sashimi!
It has a sharp taste in the mouth, followed by a hint of sweetness. It can be enjoyed on its own, and goes perfectly with sashimi. It is very tasty. ★★☆☆☆☆
Very fresh, light and soft. Not extremely watery.
Slightly sweet, sour and fruity.
Reminiscent of lychee and dragon fruit.
Clear sweetness with low acidity,
Slight citrus nuance and a hint of greenness.
Pale tropical impression. The wine is elegant and fades away quickly.
As the title suggests, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
Delicious water.
Low-alcoholic and gentle.

This is one of the sake that was selected by the booth staff as a sake with a refreshing aftertaste.
It really has a clean and refreshing aftertaste, and the mouthfeel is very light. Personally, I found it to have a strange taste, somewhere between sweet and dry.
The alcohol taste is not too strong, and it is very versatile, either on its own or with a meal!
I would definitely drink it again.
