Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

I'm going to post some more pictures today😅. Made entirely from Echigo Gohyakumangoku and brewed with wine yeast. I thought it would be stylish✨. It's a sweet white wine style. I'm sure you'll love it!

Today, a small bottle. White Dragon in the Year of the Dragon. It is the first time. I like both black dragon and white dragon. Aroma, fruity. It is my favorite sake! Next time, I will buy a four-pack bottle!

Niigata Karakuchi Celebrating the 20th anniversary of ㊗️ Sake no Jin, one of a set of 30 Niigata sake cups 😆. No weight. Slightly creamy. Crisp and dry. But not harsh and soft. Souped up with some Tenkasu topped with Sanriku Mekabu Soba. Why is it called "Soryu" when it is "Hakuryu"? The sake brewer's website says, "Souryu has a crisp and dry taste just like the blue color of Souryu" 🤔. Buy mail order from Sake Kadoya @ Murakami Drink at home 20240503

Daiginjo is delicious. It is sweet. The rice flavor is not that deep, but at this price it is excellent. It is made from 100% "Gohyakumangoku" rice. A reliable taste.
