I've been drinking Akatombo for 5 years in a row.
It's easy to drink, so I seem to always get it unconsciously😅.
After a moderate acidity, sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue.
The freshness remains on the tongue.
When I served it with bonito tataki, they melted into each other and went very well together 😘.
After a few days, when the temperature settled down and I was drinking it, it felt like an apple with honey 😍.
Zero, iki, iki, iki, iki, iki, iki...
There are too many... lol!
So I got the one recommended by an acquaintance.
It was less fresh than I expected.
It is more like a beautiful 🍋 that is typical of Senkou, but closer to water 🤔.
After the second day, it didn't change that much and it's still an excellent Sentori 👨🎓
I'd like to drink other series zero if I can this year and compare ✨.
Hi HANNAH 😃
There are a lot of them from Edobari! The first tank series will be out soon too 😋 Everything is delicious in its own way 😋 Please aim for all of them 👋.
Recharge your energy for tomorrow 💪....
...that's an exaggeration, but well, I'll open it 🤣 lol
Today!
Modern Zero Nama Sake ✨ from my favorite Sengoku!
Sentori has been calling themselves "back to Edo" since last year, and they are all about making sake that is mainly sake made using the traditional sake yeast...out of the classic and modern sake that I missed out on last year, this is the one I had this year 😍.
The Retro I drank last year had a strong lemon flavor that is unique to SENKYO...how about the Modern here ⁉️😁?
Let's open the bottle 🍶.
The aroma is quite light with a hint of lemon 🍋? It has a calm impression 🤔.
The first sip...oh! Hmmm?
It's too light and lemon water 🍋 ran through my mouth ✨.
It's light like... water, so to speak👍
Of course, it has the taste of sake and the sourness of SENKYO, but... this is quite light 🤔.
On the contrary, it seems to reduce the lemon 🍋 feeling of SENKYO as much as possible 💧.
Of course it's delicious, but I think I prefer the Retro I had last year because it has a more intense flavor 🤔.
I think the modern one lacks a little impact 😅.
ps. I didn't feel the fizziness 🫧 of the raw sake 💧.
Day 2: 🗒️
The Senkou-like lemon🍋 rises dramatically: ⤴️
But also a little bitterness 💧.
Personally, I prefer the second day 🥰.
Good morning, Mr. Koi Seagull 😃.
I understand 🧐When we first drank it, we also felt that the sourness characteristic of Senkou was weakened 🤔Well, it's easy to drink and delicious 😋.
Good evening, Jay and Nobby!
The taste is quite refreshing...so it's a little hard to feel the Sentori character 😅.
I thought it would be a good pairing with sashimi, etc., where you can enjoy the taste of the food itself as the main ingredient 😆.
SENKYO Sparkling
2,200 yen
Second fermentation in bottle, so if you don't drink it within 3 months, it will explode?
It is insanely delicious.
It goes well with food and is a high-cost sake.
The alcohol content is 13 degrees, but
It is cool and refreshing like a rum and you can gobble it up.
Just be careful when you open it for the first time.
It's just that energetic!
Super-ancient method, no yeast added, wooden vat brewing, sake yeast base
It is a reward for myself after a long period of hard work 😆.
In the mouth, after the acidity, the sweetness spreads like a mildly sweet candy.
As the flavor spreads from the tip of the tongue to the back of the tongue, the sourness is added.
The candy candy escapes through the nose, leaving a sweetness and a flavor that seems to have oozed out of the wooden vat at the back of the tongue.
The more days pass since the opening of the bottle, the more the taste of the wooden vat increases.
It's been a while since I've had Senkyu, so I'm going to have a four-quart bottle of kijoshu.
Yes, it definitely smells good!
I'm sure it's delicious!
It is juicy like biting into an expensive melon. The low alcohol content makes it easy to enjoy.
Beautiful and gentle sweetness in a slightly better Sentori 😌.
100% tenderness 🥰.
Good evening, Mr. Bousuke 😃.
I heard that the 4shiki is a noble sake 😅I might give it a try if it's beautifully sweet 🤔 but my fridge is full right now!
100% Yamada-Nishiki
13% alcohol by volume
Sorry for the late post...
I was numb to Yoshi Yamamoto of the Dodgers!
I had a sake fight~✨
I've been wanting to try Sengoku's "Foam" for a long time!
It took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle!
It took more than 5 minutes to open the bottle!
I love this balance of sweet and sour: ❤️
