Senkori no Nakadori
A little bit of schwarziness. Sweetness comes first, followed by just the right amount of acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing.
I couldn't get arabashiri this year, so I went with Nakadori, but I think I like this one better. I want to drink this sake again.
