The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity. The aftertaste is clean but a little astringent. Firm and refreshing? It's a strange feeling. Delicious.
I haven't done sparklers in years. I haven't done actual sparklers for years, but I think it's been six or seven years since I did sparklers with sake. I think I drank it at a time when SENKOUGOU had been stripped down and I didn't like its taste very much. I used to like it until a year before that.
The aroma is infused with an acidity that you can imagine the direction of the flavor from the aroma. I would like to know the name of this type of acidity today.
My first impression is "sourness"! And from there, it is refreshing like a spud. There is no imbalance caused by a weak umami, which is common in low-alcohol sakes with this kind of acidity! As the manager said, the umami taste swells up afterwards. No, it was more like "gushing out" than "expanding," and there was a surprising feeling of something that should not have been there!
This juwajuwa feeling is just like a sparkler, and it pops so beautifully...
Just as you can't enjoy the real pleasure of potpourri if you handle it roughly, you can't appreciate its goodness if you drink it gulping it down, or it is an even better sake if you taste its proper development in your mouth.
It is already winter, but I drank it on a day when the lingering summer heat was still intense. I will buy it again next year.

Almost the same specs as last year 😁.
The aroma after opening the bottle is the same as last year, with a sweet aroma like white wine or Koshu wine.
It doesn't have the thin taste like last year.
When you put it in your mouth, it is still a white wine 🍷←Koreha, it is a red wine!
It is a white wine if it is chilled while tasting the firm acidity! But this year, it becomes more and more like sake as it gets closer to room temperature... 😅Basically, the white wine taste remains the same... 😅
Sentori changes the specs of their seasonal sake every year, so you can enjoy it 👍.

This is Senkori after the renewal of Edogari.
It seems to be made from Yamada-Nishiki, but it is not heavy, and the sake is fresh and clean. It has a refreshing and clean aftertaste with a rich umami while retaining the acidity that is typical of Sengoku! It goes down smoothly with low alcohol. It is delicious.
This is the first time I've had Yukidaruma, which I've been wanting to drink for a long time: ⛄️ Anyway, the label is just lovely ✨.
Silky mouthfeel, gassy and not as sweet as it looks, but very tasty 😋.
I'm sure I'll run out of this again soon 💦.
I will buy it again when I find it as a bottle to drink at the end of the year 🍶.

It is more drinkable than summer sake.
I'm so excited to welcome Snowdal, which I've been wanting to try since I got back into sake 😭I thought it would take a while to open the bottle, but it opened with a gentle swoosh 🍶🤤You can even get the top clear 🤤The top clear has a clean sourness and strong gassy feeling, yum~🥴 lees. When you mix it, it adds a milky feeling and hits you with a great balance of sweet, sour, bitter and gassy 😋I'm glad I got to drink this 😭💕.

After worrying about whether or not to welcome it, we finally opened the bottle 🍶 The initial aroma is a mild impression of citrus fruits. The first aroma is a mild citrusy impression, and the bitter and sour taste in the mouth is immediately followed by a hint of sweetness, which disappears quickly. The acidity is refreshing, just like Sentori. We wish the soon-to-be rebranded Sentori the best 😌.
