On Friday of the weekend, we had a sake party 🍶 with our company friends.
We brought in some sake that we couldn't drink at the restaurant 😁.
This is Aikoku from Senkyoku 🌾.
It's a sake brewed by reviving an ancient variety of Aikoku ✨.
When I opened the bottle the aroma wasn't that strong🤔.
Pour it into the sake cup... everyone guzzled it at once 🥰 and felt the harmony of sharpness and umami with the sourness🍋 that only SENKOUGOU can bring... everyone would grin 😁.
It was so fast because we all drank it together...but I bet it would be delicious with different tastes too 🤤.
But, as I said, drinking at home is good... but sometimes it was great to drink with friends while sharing the deliciousness 😀.

Both are the same in that they are both sake brewed from the same sake yeast, but Mita is 15 degrees Celsius and Sengoku is 13 degrees Celsius🤗.

After the sobriety break, we had a luxurious two-cup drinking comparison 😋 and then a prefects' party! It was a weekend full of fun and I realized how much fun it is to drink 🤗.
I had had Sentori Classic and Kabutomushi before, so I was curious to order this one as well. It has a fruity and sweet taste typical of Sentori, and the sourness is good in a nostalgic way!

Strong lactic acid aroma, moderate sweetness, fascinating sourness that makes you want to gobble it up.
It's like a yogurt soda when mixed with other sodas. It has a sour taste, but it doesn't come out in the front like Shinsei, it seems to stay in the back.

I had to drink it for the first day.......! I shouldn't have opened it on a weekday before a drinking holiday...

Although it was a bit dry, I closed with the thought that it was somehow a taste change in a high-level area. After the taste change, it became melon-like.
It is insanely delicious.
The base of Sentori itself is delicious, and the citrus aroma is softly fragrant amidst the bitterness.
It is not sweet, but the acidity and aroma give it a nice fruity flavor.
Aromas of green apple and citrus like Hassaku.
The full-bodied, spreading sweetness and umami with a slight bitter bitterness and a lingering acidity. The clear, refreshing taste is layered with a firm umami and acidity. A perfect summer drink. It is best served well chilled....

I drank this one not too long after drinking Sengoku Kabutomushi on the day I drank this.
Well, what do you think? Delicious!
Personally, I found the aftertaste to be sweet and spreading, like a mango. It has a smoother taste than the Kabutomushi, but also has a slight gasiness. I like this kind of sake: ☺️
It's good to drink it slowly or with a meal 🍶.
