13 degrees, tangy on the palate, some pineapple? Aroma like pineapple, moderate sweetness, good acidity, clean aftertaste, tastes like eating sweet and sour purple small grapes, good!
Did I shake it up a bit?
As soon as I opened it... it overflowed.
After a while, it calmed down and I drank it.
It was a sparkling wine like a sparling wine.
