SENKYO Organic Naturals X 2024 (Sparkling) 720ml. I couldn't decide what to do with Natur X💦 last year and missed out on buying it. This year I bought it☻ I know it's sparkling, I know it's sparkling, but I liked it about 3 days after the carbonation was gone.

I have wanted to drink this classic Kame no O for a long time. I had seen it on the market but could not buy it due to bad timing, but finally I was able to buy it. It is naturally more restrained than modern Sentori, but the moment it touches the tongue, it is sweet and acidic. It is a little bit sweet and sour at the moment it touches the tongue. It is like Sentori, but both sweet and sour are restrained. However, the umami flavor hits you just before you swallow it! While the overall structure is light, the powerful umami spreads out in a way that is typical of Kame no O. It is not high in rpm, but the torque is effective. It is not a high RPM, but a torquey flavor. Kame-no-o is really good, I like it. 8.8

Good work 😵😵😵‍💫😑 I worked hard planting rice so 👍✨✨✨ A little 🤏. High class Sentori 🍶🍶. First time in a long time 🍶🍶🍶. First time to drink 🍶🍶. Nice aroma! Solid taste Sourness Good taste I mean... It's so strong! It's a raw sake 😅🍶.

Sake rice Kame-no-o Polishing 90 ALC 14 degrees I was finally able to obtain this sake in a neighboring prefecture because it was not sold nearby. It is a sake with a gentle taste that I never get tired of. I want to drink it slowly.

I remembered I had it in the fridge and drank it 😁It brings back memories of the nigori colors I drank at the end of the year. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, and I drank it in gulps 💧... 💧This is delicious. I'm going to start working hard again tomorrow 😁.

While the acidity lingers, the umami of the rice is gradually felt, and finally it finishes with a pleasant bitterness. A fusion of classic acidity like a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast and a modern sweet and sour taste. As expected of Sengoku!

Today we celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday with my family! For the celebration sake, we had a Sentori sparring! The aroma is citrusy and lactic, with a hint of wood vat 😄When you drink it, it's slightly carbonated, with sourness and bitterness! The aroma is citrusy and lactic, with a hint of wood vat! From there the umami is solid too. The finish is dry and delicious. It is good both as an aperitif and an in-between-dinner drink! Sentori is delicious as always! And love for Tochigi!
