On July 5, Jay hosted and I participated in the Sake-no-wa Tochigi Prefectural Meeting.
I'm thankful for Jay and Mrs. Nobby who always call me up even though I've been neglecting the sakewa for over a year now 🥲.
It was my birthday that day, so Mr. and Mrs. Nobby prepared some props for me and took some commemorative photos for me.
As you can see in the picture, we had a lot of drinks, but the good time passed so fast........
I got a souvenir from Sashiu-san, but I left it at the venue, and I got a birthday present from Ars-san, but I left that at the venue as well.
I drank a lot, so I was exhausted in the second half...,
I hope I will be invited to another Kenmin-kai...,
That's why this was my last post on Sake-no-wa.

The smell of ripe citrus fruits is enough to lower your body temperature by about 5 degrees Celsius.
My wife said she could drink it because it's cool and not like sake in a good way.
I can recommend this sake to those who don't like sake.

Next is Aikoku by Sengoku! The aroma is more fruity than that of Houou Mita. The aroma is more fruity than Hououmida's and there is a slight lactic acidity. When you drink it, you will taste the beautiful sweetness, the sourness from the umami that is typical of Senkyoku, and the bitterness😊The aftertaste is also very sharp. It is also easy to drink and goes down smoothly. But it also has the taste of sake. This is a quintessential SENKYO! Both have a flavor that is typical of the brewery.

My favorite Sentori's standard sake. SENKYO MODERN.
It has a gorgeous sweetness typical of Yamada-Nishiki, a sourness typical of Sengoku, and a depth of flavor from the sake yeast.

A vigorous sake that blows out a bit when opened. The wildness is more apparent when compared to Kubota Suiju, which we happened to drink earlier.
Rough but cohesive, it is a very energetic sake.
