The third one at the bread and sake store is Sentori's Sakura 😆👍.
Sakura (OHANAMI) is a light nigori (light nigori) of "modern SENKYO no mukorin", which is a simple explanation.
I took a sip while getting a little information that it is now made from the original sake yeast from this year.
The freshness of the sake was combined with the mildness of the ori, and it was delicious 😋It was just about to open, so we had the best part of the sake 😋‼️ This one really does it - it's one of the best 😍The appetizer platter at this restaurant was also very good 😋💕!
Slightly gassy
Lightly cloudy
Aroma of pear, a little lactic acid beverage, white peach, fruity and sweet
The sweetness is fresh and crisp.
There is a sourness and a refreshing grapefruit-like bitterness afterwards.
Slightly alcoholic
A nostalgic Hiroo date with my husband: ❤️②
When I hear "Risshun Asa Shibori" I can't help but try it.
I can't help but try it 😊🌸🍶.
The perfect balance of sweetness and sourness of Senkori
and the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness of Senkou enhances the flavor of Yakitori.
It was awesome ✨✨✨✨.
After completing the corking ritual, I poured it into a glass and found it to be the color of carbonated Pocari Sweat.
The first sip was too strongly carbonated to be sure.
The second sip gave the impression of sparkling wine.
After the third sip, it gradually tastes like pear with a hint of rice sweetness.
It is an interesting sake with sourness, sweetness, and carbonation creating a spicy taste.

Maybe I just didn't know, but Sentori is limited to the summer, fall, and winter seasons, but has there ever been a spring version? I thought I had never seen it before, so I bought it.
It has a peach, pear, or melon-like aroma, and a refreshing spring-like mouthfeel, but it also has a slight cloudy, thickened feel.
It has the image of a modern Sengoku lightly nigori (light nigori), and I think that's why it's so good.
I want to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms. I have hay fever, so it's hard for me to go cherry blossom viewing.
The event was held because it is difficult to obtain and budget to collect them by oneself...!
4 kinds of luxury drinks 🍶.
Dragon 🐉
Juwajuwa and Umami Bwah!
Sakura 🌸
Slightly carbonated and lemony
Stag Beetle
Simply refreshing lemonade 🍋.
Momiji
Clear and refreshing, with a lemoniness that is rather removed.
Personally, 🐉No.1 including the shock
The delicious juju gasiness in lemonade is a bad idea... I'd love to drink it after soccer or something 🤣.
The second bottle of Hello World 4th was opened.
Hello World is the private brand of SakeLabo Tokyo, a sake bar in Kita-ku, Tokyo.
I have never visited the restaurant, but I came across their YouTube channel when I started drinking sake in earnest, and I have been studying sake through their videos ever since.
The first bottle was before I became interested in sake, but I have been fortunate enough to purchase the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bottles.
I received the first bottle immediately after purchase, but decided to let the second bottle sit for a bit before drinking, so I opened the bottle after two months of storage in the refrigerator.
The first bottle had a clean, light taste that overturned the image of the sake as being made using the original sake yeast, and had a sweet and sour, refreshingly fruity flavor.
Of course, the taste did not change significantly with time, but it seemed to have a fuller flavor than the first bottle. The light mouthfeel, which seemed to soak into the body without resistance, gave the impression of a slightly thicker and slightly more rewarding taste.
There is talk that the next Hello World will be an active nigori like the second one, so I am already looking forward to the next release.
🌸The rows of cherry trees in front of my house are suddenly in bloom.
I often see first-year students entering school in April in their school bags 🎒.
I hope it will last until around the time of the entrance ceremony.
I forgot to post 😅
Yopamemo_φ(____)
melon🍈.
Neither sweet nor spicy (just my personal opinion)
Not too much acidity.
But not sticky feeling
Just a little bit of bitterness.
Well, bitter like butterbur (not so strong) or rape blossoms.
It was as good as always 😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food🎶🎶
Good morning, sake-loving land surveyor 😃!
Utsunomiya will be in full bloom 🌸 around the entrance ceremony 🤗Senkou Sakura is good for everyone 😋 whether it blooms or falls!
Good evening, J&N 🦉It's getting warmer and colder, but I think it will be in full bloom here this weekend or so (I think so on my own 😅).
Sentori Sakura is too delicious 😋, so I'd like to encourage sake (alcohol) beginners to try it!
I bought this at a nearby liquor store after exploring the brewery area on a New Year's trip! I finally had a chance to drink it since I had been abstaining from alcohol^^Edogari version!
It has a refreshing fruity sweetness and acidity!
A little bitterness and aftertaste.
It also has a gaseous taste! It's close to Kaze no Mori for me? (personal impression) If not, I'm sorry...
Good morning, Mr. Senten 😃.
Thank you for your hard work in abstinence 😌It's a good bottle to drink at the end of the day 🤗I guess the liquor store near Sentori is "Kenmoku" 😃.
