I forgot to pick up the umbrella I left the day before yesterday, so I went home to retrieve it. Since I went through the trouble, I only had one drink. I also had a small amount left in the bottle. A refreshing sake with soft acidity. A lingering scent of summer.
Continuing with the post from the recent Kumamoto offline meeting 🍶.
The second glass: Sentori Akatombo
It has the acidity typical of Sentori, but it's not as assertive as I thought it would be, and the bounce is nice and delicious 🥰.
I didn't (couldn't?) buy it this year. Akatombo
I'm glad I got to drink it 😁.
Sweet and fruity aroma. Rounded mouthfeel, acidity, spreading sweetness, and later bitterness and well-balanced 👏👏 and spiciness at the back of the throat. My first Sentori hiyaoroshi. I'm not waiting for the second day to finish it 🤣I can feel the roundness in my wineglass. The tin is spicier and more pungent, which is also good 😇Rice vermicelli, hamburger steak with grated radish and baby sardines ◎Nanzuke
Hi Waccho 😃
We haven't uploaded it yet, but we had our first akatombo in a while last night too! I was a little sick, so it was a good rehab drink in the middle of my sick ❤️🩹 😊.
On the way back from Ito, we took the train again🚆.
We bought some Senkou at Ito and started a party for two with fish paste, ekiben, and salted fish.
The sweetness asserts itself from the refreshing sourness, and when the temperature settles down to room temperature, the banana🍌 shows its face. Just like that, Izakaya Odoriko🏮 was closed between Ito and Atami🤭.
Rice: 80% Omachi, 20% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: - Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acids: - Alcoholic strength: 13
Why does it taste so refined and elegant, even though it is made with ancient sake rice, 90% polished rice, and natural yeast? Fruity aroma, moderate sweetness, balanced acidity.... It tastes as if you could drink it forever.
I cherished it in ice cold storage at -5°C and now it's here😅.
Senkori and Namahashimo go well together 🩷.
I hear that...
I really think so 😋.

Senkou yay🥳 Tochigi love ❤️
Muro-san, good evening 🌛I thought it was a new sake that just came out, but it's the one that's been laying around 😅Nikkyo ✖Senkou really goes well together 🤤I should go get the fastest new sake ✨.
Good evening Nao888!
I opened a bottle of new sake 🍶 because I thought I had to drink it before the new season 😋.
I also need to organize my fridge: ❣️
I like Sentori more and more since I returned to Edo 🩷.
I'm looking forward to the rush of new sake from now on😊.
Good evening, Dr. Jay & Dr. Nobby 😥.
Mr. Sentori, there is more 😥.
I was greedy and bought it because it's so good 🥰.
Unstoppable love for Sentori 🍶 & Tochigi ❤️✨
