It's Tori Aristocrat, so this is the only sake I have.... It was cold in the restaurant, so I made it hot. It smells like alcohol.... It's hard to drink. When the temperature dropped to room temperature, it became easier to drink. I've had it cold before, but it's the type of sake I'd expect to be warmed, but it doesn't go well with warmed sake...

It is described as "light", but as a Niigata native, it has a strong sweetness. It also has a hint of sourness. The sake smell is suppressed, which is a big help. I am not a fan of Kyoto sake, but I managed to drink this one. 1.5☆1.5

New Year's Eve at my parents' house🍾🍾. Cheering for the annual Hakone Ekiden (relay race) 📣. Visit to Hakone Shrine from ⛩️ Successfully completed the Owakudani black eggs 🥚. Now that the driving is over, let's drink 🍶. This is the only time of year you drink something with gold leaf in it, right? Why is it that there's quite a bit of gold leaf in it, but you don't feel the taste or texture of gold leaf on your tongue? Or, on the other hand, is it in there because you don't feel it? I don't know the answer, so don't worry about the sake you're celebrating 🍶.

I'm going back and forth on this one 😅 for the sake of kilimanagement. Shochiku Ume Bamboo Sake 🎋. Long time no see Shimokitazawa Shirubeye is a popular izakaya (Japanese style bar). Our specialties: Daikon Oden, Seared Shime Saba (mackerel), Beef Sueji Meat and Potatoes beef and potatoes, and oyster gratin! All are delicious 😋 and the dry mellow bamboo sake is perfect! Afterwards, the Rokkaku Seiji Band's year-end party live performance! Familiar 🍶 sake and train songs 🚃. A lot of fun in a small live house! Our friend Master Shota also joined as a guest, He also played harmonica and trombone 🎶oh why oh why oh why 🎵 People will drink sake 🎶😅😅 Rokkaku-san is a great singer 🎤 but also a great talker ❣️

Zeke, only 50 people at the show, I was lucky enough to find it and buy it. But the drinking songs and diesel are sung enthusiastically by all, it's a fun show, they don't seem to do it often, but I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area: ‼️
