This sake is made with Hanbei yeast.
It has a faintly sweet aroma, and when you drink it, it is full and gently sweet. The rice flavor is also well conveyed, with a hint of umami. The sharpness is better than before. The sharpness is not long, but strong. Kansai sake is too delicious.
