It's Tori Aristocrat, so this is the only sake I have.... It was cold in the restaurant, so I made it hot. It smells like alcohol.... It's hard to drink. When the temperature dropped to room temperature, it became easier to drink. I've had it cold before, but it's the type of sake I'd expect to be warmed, but it doesn't go well with warmed sake...

It was a party for the end of the fiscal year 😁. All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink yakitori at Tori Kikin for 3,600 yen. The yakitori was quite big and tasty 🫢. This is a chain restaurant, but the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink is a great deal ❗️ There was only sake available in cups, but I had a cold glass of Shochiku Ume. It was dry, but easy to drink for a bold sake 😋I'm sure there are other sake that go better with yakitori, but for this price, it should be enough.

Purchased at a nearby 7-Eleven. Seven Premium pine, bamboo, and plum PB Junmai sake with 78% rice polishing ratio Amazing under 800 yen for a 900ml bottle! I had completely underestimated this one. I had it cold, and the first sip was gentle, The taste of the rice is full and rich. The aroma is rich. The aftertaste is thin, but it is perfect as a food sake. Best of all, it is inexpensive! I recommend it.
