It's Tori Aristocrat, so this is the only sake I have.... It was cold in the restaurant, so I made it hot. It smells like alcohol.... It's hard to drink. When the temperature dropped to room temperature, it became easier to drink. I've had it cold before, but it's the type of sake I'd expect to be warmed, but it doesn't go well with warmed sake...

Aroma like savory. Bitterness? Astringency? but not at all unpleasant, and with a moderate alcohol content, it is light and easy to drink. It was delicious.

☆ It just happened to be there. I compared it with Kiku-Masamune's Kamisen ❗ The Shochiku Ume was sweeter and the Kiku-Masamune was more sour. The Kikumasamune had a sour taste, while the Shochikuume was sweeter. (⬆This is my personal impression ⚠️) It's interesting to compare them like this🍀* 🙂 Lady Cassin If you know this without knowing the brand name... I must be a serious drinker 🤯.
