Tangiest of the four. Also has a sweetness that lingers in my mouth. Pretty good with food but probably a really good sake to drink by itself.

Slightly green hue. Mildly grassy flavor with a soft sticky finish that lets a tanginess linger in your mouth.
Very sashimi -friendly sake, it cleans the palate between fishes without overpowering the sashimi
Even with heavy flavors like うに uni and あん肝 ankimo, the sake’s mild acidity cuts through the uni / Ankimo fattiness and enhances the umami.

It really does have a light green color!
A light and dry, with a clean finish.
Pretty good Food Sake, pairing well with Kara-age, kimchi and it even amplifies the sweetness of fresh corn.
I hope to find this Sake again.

Initially flavor is fruity with a mildly tangy, yoghurt finish.
Kind of refreshing to drink on its own lightly chilled.
edamame and fresh corn cut down the sake’s tanginess.
Some sashimi like Ikura highlights the tanginess.
Surprisingly good match with dessert (fresh peaches and おはぎ)

Ricey aroma. Initial flavor is Mild, slightly heavy body that coats my tongue.
Drinking this with curry, the sake does a good job mellowing the (Indian) curry’s spiciness.
Maybe next time I can order really spicy curry. It’s a good sake, I’d like to try it another time with Thai curry.
I didn’t realize with the first glass but this Sake is actually usu-nigori. Mixing it better makes the Sake a little sweeter and even stronger against spiciness.

Maybe not a good partner with corn, the corn 🌽 flattens the sakes flavor.
