Ok… I know I said that Benten Musume would be the closer, but I couldn’t help myself and ordered more… Kamikawa Taisetsu Junmai Ginjo Suisei 100% with oden It’s an okay combination. The Kamikawa is a little sweet. Probably should have tried it earlier in the evening.

Wow! Now this one is really Taru-aji barrel flavored. Very yellow This one does not lose to Karaage or Anago tempura with Ume oroshi. Really strong flavored, we would consider drinking this on the rocks, like a shochu. Save this one for the end of the evening as it will overpower other sakes. Definitely a closing pitcher, not a starter. Brew year Heisei 30 2018. Wow! Where did they store this?
