Fukumi's second cup I said, "What do you recommend?" and I found something I've never seen before... It's a private brand of Koyama Shoten. It uses Niigata's sake rice "Ipponjime". The acidity is not too mild for a traditional sake brewery. Overall, it's a little thin⁉️It's a little watered down... Easy to drink But the alcohol is 15 degrees. Well, if it's light, it's light. I think it's just outside of Niigata's unique line of light and dry.

It's been a while since I've seen Fukumi. Tonight we had a drink with a maker. When I said, "Please recommend a toast to the landlord... It was "Hanayo-yoku". You know what you're doing. Moreover, "Sake Musashi" which I failed to buy before I got a sealed copy❗️ Even though it's fire-retarded, it has a unique ginjo aroma❗️ It's the best of both worlds! The aftertaste is a gentle bitterness. There is nothing to say! Hey, Fukuji, your repertoire has increased while you haven't been here for a while. The back menu is still alive and well!

At Fukumi. In the menu which is pasted on the wall. I think it's bad that Kinjaku is usually on the menu. I didn't have high expectations I didn't expect much, but... The aroma is pineapple with a little citrus mixed in. It has a slight effervescence, but it is soft and smooth in the throat. It has a juicy sweet flavor and a round flavor. The aftertaste is light and pleasant. The aftertaste falls lightly without a sense of discomfort. 4 stars

In the daytime, touring with Goni Goh and Gonoi Goh to buy Oh! In the evening, my car friends joined us and we had a drink party at Fukumi's. Holy shit, it's my birthday, so forgive me. The first of 11 drinks. The aroma is very fruity. It's a sweet drink with a banana-like flavor. I'd heard in advance that this was a very juicy drink. For the fire? Because it was the last one left? It didn't feel that juicy! It was more of a smooth aftertaste. No doubt it's very tasty, but... Did I set my expectations too high? I'll give you other thoughts tomorrow.
