I started to drink Genmai instead 🥰.
After the Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki and the Special Junmai Yamadanishiki, this time it's the Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki😆.
The sweet and juicy taste is typical of Genmai, followed by sourness and bitterness.

I'm sure I've had HE in the past, but I don't remember.
I would have preferred a cheaper one, but this was the only 4-gallon bottle I could find...
It has a fruity taste like pineapple, which is typical of Kawanakajima, but the blend and low temperature aging give it a calm feeling. I prefer it when it's a little closer to room temperature than when it's chilled.
That was my impression on the first day. To be honest, I wasn't feeling well or I didn't feel it was very good... When I drank it again, it had a dense sweet umami flavor and a beautiful sense of cohesion. I felt that the Miyamanishiki flavor was more assertive than the Yamada Nishiki. It has a high quality flavor. It's good that it's highly polished but not too refreshing.

Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Genshu Raw
The city of Toyonaka in Osaka Prefecture is offering a 20% return on PayPay payments throughout July.
So I went to a liquor store in Toyonaka for the first time.
The sake I chose was Kameizumi🐢.
First time in Kochi😁.
It has a thick sweet taste and quite distinctive 😋.
The sake degree is -13️️ and the acidity is 1.8️️.
If you like old-fashioned sake, you'll love this 💚.
