6/10 Today is Yamamoto Kai. We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand. This is a combination of Miyamanishiki and No. 6 yeast. When you drink it thinking it is orange, yes, it is orange. It expresses something like the bitterness of the skin in the latter half of the bottle. Maybe you are imagining the sunset. I can't deny the feeling that you're drinking from an image when you get to this point. The back of the bottle says something like a diary that is no longer alcohol-related.

6/10 Today is Yamamoto Kai. We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand. This one has almost the same specifications as Pure Black, but uses white malted rice for the tome. It has a sourness derived from citric acid and a little sweetness. So this sweet and sourness expresses strawberries. The second half had a dry impression, making it an interesting sake.

6/10 Today is Yamamoto Kai. We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand. It has the same specifications as Pure Black except for the yeast, "Komachi Yeast R-5" is used. It is said to have a milder finish than Pure Black, but this one is just as tasty. It has a bit of a blueberry taste to it.

7/10 Today is Yamamoto Kai. We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand. The most delicious of the modern (?) type was this one. The most delicious of the modern type (?) was this one. It is a fruity sake made from 55% polished rice of Kame-no-o. It was fresh and well-balanced with good acidity.

7/10 Today is Yamamoto Kai. We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand. We started with Pure Black. It is now a standard. I wonder if it is made from Akita Sake Komachi. It has a grapefruit and banana aroma. It was a well-balanced sake, rather heavy, but it finishes with a nice kick.

7/10 Although it is an autumn sake, they have stopped labeling it as hiyaoroshi. It has been aged for six months, so it is still hiyaoroshi as a preparation. The taste is mellow, which is typical of autumn sake. It has a muscat-like aroma, but it is mild, and if you drink it slowly, you will finish the whole bottle before you know it.

7/10 Hiyoroshi sake from Kuromatsu Senjo. The bear label is cute. The hiyaoroshi sake has a calm impression, but it has a rather modern feel to it. It has a muscat aroma with a mild flavor. The brewery is located in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. There is an image of a rich natural atmosphere conveyed through the sake. The label is very important.

Congratulations on your belated 900 check-in 🎉🎊, Southern Cross Shine! I passed by the brewery in the summer (it was closed) and wondered what kind of sake they made 😊. Next time, it's finally the big one!

7/10 I chose Banshu Issen's Aizan as my first drink of the day. It is characterized by a fresh and fruity aroma with a gaseous feel. It had a fresh and fruity aroma with a hint of gas. The sweetness was followed by a strong acidity. The aftertaste was weak. It was easy to drink and good as a first sip.

6/10 Nanada's assemblage sake. OYA is said to be Omachi, Yamadaho, and Aizan. It is not Yamadanishiki. It is a dry sake, but it has a different taste from the other sakes we were drinking together because of the assertion of acidity. It has a rather robust umami flavor, so it can be drunk on its own. Shichida has a kind of Nada sake-like taste, doesn't it? I wonder if it is different.

6/10 When it comes to fish, it's Hitakami. It is such a standard sake. It even has the image of a sake that can be drunk while licking salt. Even though it is dry, it has a mild aroma with just a hint of rice flavor. I think it should be served cold if you want to pair it with sushi, but it can also be enjoyed at room temperature.

7/10 On this day, we had a sushi party at a familiar restaurant. It is usually a Japanese restaurant, but on this day, we enjoyed sushi made by the owner of the restaurant. The sake was a sharp one. +The sake was a sharp one, +19 degrees Celsius, which is great. The mild aroma did not interfere with the taste of the sushi, and it was refreshing and clean. I felt some astringency in the latter half, but I felt it was just one of the accents. It was a good sake.

6/10 Choyo Fukumusume's summer sake has a cute label depicting a woman in a yukata drinking sake while on a flyboard and a cat floating in the air on the same flyboard. There was also a summer-early sake, but this one is in the middle of summer. It was a refreshing summer sake with a fruity pear-like aroma. I guess it's like drinking a toast with this summer sake after being active and working up a good sweat. It is important to create an image from the label.

6/10 The goldfish-labeled Abegan has become an annual staple. The goldfish swimming on the back of the label is cool, but the taste is more refreshing. It is a refreshing sake that goes down smoothly, and you can drink it as if it were rehydrating you. It has a slight sweetness to it, but it's more like water. If it didn't contain alcohol, it could be used to replenish energy during a marathon.

6/10 I think this is the first time I've had sake from the Kumezakura Brewery. I found out that they are a sake brewery in Tottori Prefecture, and that they are particular about their ingredients and also make beer and other beers. The brand name "Tsuki ga Kirei desu" (The moon is beautiful) is also interesting. The rice seems to be made in-house, and this one is made from Gohyakumangoku rice. This sake has a rather rough rice taste. It has a little bit of a peculiar taste, but it was soft and tasty as a sake. This is a sake that should probably be heated up. I would like to savor this sake at home.

7/10 Alphabet Takachiyo is the one with different rice. This one is CHAPTER 8, and the rice used is Dewa Sanzai. The No. 18 yeast, flat milling, and 59% milling ratio should be fixed. The sake had a plump flavor typical of Dewa Tsannin, but also had a fruity and sweet taste like green apples. I like the roundness of it. It was delicious!

8/10 Eiko-Fuji's summer sake, the third and last of the Star Series. Manamusume from Miyagi Prefecture is used. It still has a gorgeous taste, and I have the impression that it is a bit tiring to drink. However, this was a very strong sake after a series of light sake on that day. I thought it was not right to drink it last, but it was indeed delicious.

7/10 A summer sake with a cool label in the back. It is said to be a 16% original sake made with Yumesansui. It certainly has a fresh and refreshing taste. It has a light and refreshing taste with a summery throat and a sharp finish in the latter half. For some reason, the same type of sake was served one after another on this day, so I would have liked to drink it at a different time.

8/10 The figure is good! Uma-i-no-shiki (inverted) It's easy to drink neat for a juicy figure, and it's dry and different from usual. Still, it's compelling enough to be tasty. The umami of Yamada-Nishiki is on top of it. Good appearance.

6/10 Okabe Gomei Company in Ibaraki, where Matsumori and other sake are made. Is this sake using the company name "Okabe"? The back of the label says that the company is under new management, so perhaps this is a sake that has taken on a new challenge. As the name "GREEN" suggests, the taste is refreshing. It is made from Ibaraki Prefecture's Gohyakumangoku rice and has a refreshingly dry finish. It has a slight bitterness in the second half, which is my personal favorite genre of sake. I can't help but feel that I would have liked it a little looser as a first drink.
