Nanada's assemblage sake.
OYA is said to be Omachi, Yamadaho, and Aizan.
It is not Yamadanishiki.
It is a dry sake, but it has a different taste from the other sakes we were drinking together because of the assertion of acidity.
It has a rather robust umami flavor, so it can be drunk on its own.
Shichida has a kind of Nada sake-like taste, doesn't it?
I wonder if it is different.
